Pros:

The hotel was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as an avid traveller. The hotel was clean (the cleaners need a raise as they did a great job ensuring the hotel and rooms were clean), beautifully decorated, with a great aesthetic. It was walking distance to restaurants, markets, parks and the metro and it had a fabulous spa fully equipped with a sauna, pool and jacuzzi which was luxurious. The only negative was the staff was not friendly or inviting upon arrival or throughout our stay and the shower in our room kept leaking water onto the floor since the shower door couldn't close shut. It was very inconvenient.

The hospitality of the staff is much below expectations. The receptionist who checked us in was simply arrogant towards us. Towards another guest who walked in during our check-in process, he threw a condescending look which we could clearly notice. This is totally unacceptable.
As our flight arrived early in the morning, we went to the hotel and tried to check in early - agreed that this is a gesture of goodwill - but the receptionist refused but we understood. When we later went to pick up the key, the staff at the reception were all acting very busy, with the same receptionist, without saying hello or anything, just handed us the cardkey while saying: "this is exceptional that we grant you already the cardkey at 14h00, check-in time is 15h00". An earlier simply asked question, whether I could use my Radisson status was rejected saying "the room was booked through the "competition" Expedia - and a mail was sent by Radisson that no gifts could be granted anymore as they are not making any profit on these bookings". Unacceptable remarks.
We checked out early with another receptionist, who came across as 100% not interested, he did not even bother to ask why we checked out early or how our stay was...
Overall, the room was very small, the shower door was leaking and the room privacy was below expectations with the entire hotel able to look into the room when the courtains are open.
For this money, there are better hotels in the same area that do value their guests.

Havde bestilt superior værelse og fil et værelse på max 20m2 lige under køkkenet. Vi blev vækket kl 06 af køkkenpersonalet der lavede morgenmad. Flyttede til nyt superior værelse der lige pludselig var på 30m2. Hvorfor skal man have et lille dårligt værelse når et større med samme pris er tilgængeligt?

Rengøring er kritisabelt med manglende opfyldning af alt lige fra toiletpapir, kleenex til vand og fjernelse af brugte glas og tomme flasker.

Pros:

A lot more effort has to be put in to cleaning the rooms while the room is occupied. On my first day the room was superbly clean, however subsequent cleaning while I occupied the room was very lazily and poorly done.
The staff are exceptional and helpful.

Good but communication could be better
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff but disappointed that we werent informed of the potential security issues in Paris due to the football which we ( 2 women) walked straight into the middle of. Also was upsetting to be asked to refrain from eating a pasty in the outside garden area & do so on our bedroom.
