Everything!!! Spacious room, full kitchen, large bathroom, great shower, very clean, good breakfast
Nothing really but would suggest getting a flavor coffee creamer for guest. Not many choices there
It was clean and nice
Kids running up and down the halls all night...couldn't get the free breakfast because the lobby and breakfast area was full of kids....my friend and I were trying to have a cup of tea in the lobby and there were people being loud and disrespectful
Location
Furniture including the bed were not comfortable. WiFi was weak. Water pressure is the shower was not strong.
Breakfast items were out of stock or not replenished timely. The first night we checked in the little vending/convenience store was nearly empty. Bananas only available one breakfast, cold brew ran out, egg omelets ran out. Ordering and food delivery did not match the number of guests in the hotel at all. With a big event going on at the Le Conte center I expected better planning given the cost of the stay
Clean
Wife forgot her cell phone and we were contacted that house keeping had found it and it would be given to the manager to be sent to us.It is now 10 days later and no phone. I have sent emails, left voice mail and called numerous times and can get no information. I just want to know where the phone is. If they won't send it to us I will drive the 18 hours to pick it up. If only someone would give me some information!!!
Clean and good breakfast
Beautiful property with a great location, close to the island, rooms are very comfortable and clean.
Friendly staffing to welcome guest coming in and easy to check in nice places to stay with the family comfortable beds and great breakfast
Clean and close to attraction.
Far away from a trolley ride
Really enjoyed our stay, will stay again
Very nice place!
Clean great service great breakfast
What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our visit even more comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely book again for our next trip!
The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of seating available in the lobby to enjoy it comfortably. The location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near US-321, directly across from The Island in Pigeon Forge, and just a short drive to Gatlinburg.
Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!
DO NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUR BASEBALL TEAM. The staff during the day were professional and helpful. The staff at night were rude, unprofessional and treated their guests very poorly. The woman, Janine, who worked the from desk with her air pod in, was so rude to everyone and would yell at the guests in the lobby from the front desk. When she wasn't yelling from the front desk at guests, she was having members of the housekeeping staff tell people to quiet down and leave the lobby.
The location of this hotel is very close to the Ripken Experience and therefore has to see many baseball families and teams chose their hotel to stay at. They would complain it was too loud (it was no more loud than it was during breakfast and the lobby is full) and they could not hear guests checking in. As a paying guest staying at a hotel with a lobby that had several tables and TVs for guests to socialize in, asking guests to whisper and leave is mind blowing. When Janine called the cops twice for guests being in the lobby, the cops did not speak to a single guest and the second time did not even enter the hotel. And the first time the cops came, she left the front desk unattended, went out to her car (guests can see from the windows), came back in, and then when the cops came the second time had locked her keys in her car so the cops then proceeded to have to break into her car in front of all of the guests. Tracy, the head of housekeeping also behaved extremely unprofessionally, as she was asking people in the lobby to huddle and whisper (at 5:30PM), and then chain smoking outside when the cops came. She also asked our baseball team to clear the pool area by the grill because some police officers were coming to grill. A total of 3 officers showed up. The grill area is large enough to be shared by two baseball families as we had happily done the night before. There was also no general or assistant manager on duty when Janine was on duty most of the time so her behavior went unchecked by any supervisor. Jackson, an assistant manager, came on duty one night after she had been yelling and rude, and he apologized to our group for her behavior. This hotel would be great but Janine and certain staff members treatment of their guests was unacceptable and no baseball team should stay there.
The rooms are very nice, plenty of room for our family of 5. Pool and grill areas were nice too. We stayed for a week long baseball tournament. The hotel is built directly next to a destination tournament facility and obviously there will be a lot of 11 and 12 year old teams staying there. The front desk lady does not like kids, is annoyed if you ask for a pool towel or a new key, etc. Our group was hanging out in the lobby due to a storm moving us from the pool. Kids were playing a card game and parents were talking. She would scream from the front desk to be quiet then eventually made the janitor come tell us we have to go to our rooms. The GM ended up coming and apologizing to us. Then next few days the Gm worked the front desk and everything was great. He was very helpful and available. When she came back a few days later, at 5:30 pm in the lobby we ordered food for the kids and hung out. This time she told the housekeeping lady to tell us we need to “huddle together” and whisper. Then she called the police. The noise level was no louder than it is every morning during breakfast. No one was yelling or rowdy at all. The police left right away. But about an hour later she called them again. This time they didn’t even come inside because they knew it was outrageous. I would definitely not recommend staying here if you’re coming for the baseball tournaments… she hates families and will call the police if you aren’t whispering.
