Pros:

There was nothing to like about this property .

Cons:

The boy receptionist was the rudest I have ever come across.
No hot water . My check-in was at 2pm and I arrived at 9.30pm and they wanted me to wait one hour while they clean the room . Then at midnight I finally get into the room but no hot water to have a bath . They also call it a spa bath so I book for that reason but it’s only a bath.
I had 2 bookings for this hotel and both times there were big problems . They didn’t want to help in any way and I ended up having to find another hotel at midnight . I am only staying 3 nights as I’m heading back home to Australia but I just wasted so many hours trying to fix the problem and the boy working the desk spoke no English and was very rude . I’ve been coming to Vietnam for 14 years and I have never came across anything like this before . When he rang the manager / owner she just said apparently just give him his money back but charged me 4% on my card and gave me the cash less the 4% . Then I had to pay after already paying for a taxi from the airport to there hotel . Even the cleaning lady was rude and stuck get middle finger up at me because I said you people here should pay for my taxi . It was only 80,000 dong but it was the principle of it . I would strongly suggest to anyone to avoid this hotel . It might look good in the photos but it’s not what it seems . They don’t even supply tea or coffee in the room or cups . They give a kettle but no tea or coffee so work that out . If I could give a minus I would .

Cons:

rooms with windows do not have air conditioners. it was extremely hot even with the fan on. of course we cannot open the window because there were no mosquito covers.

Ngay trung tâm chợ, sạch sẽ

Cons:

Bữa sáng ko phong phú,đồ ăn buffet quá ít,có 1 vài món cũ từ hôm trước
Nếu bạn đi chơi bên ngoài về tầm sau 7h tối thì ko thể đi xe trực tiếp vào chợ đến cửa ks đc
