Cons:

Infotainment, esp TV not even basic. Doesn’t connect to apple devices. Hotel does not have any adapters to help the guests to connect their apple devices.
I had to go out to buy the adapter myself at my own expense to be able to use the TV. Otherwise there is nothing one can do in the hotel

Best staff ever
Pros:

I would say this is the best staff I’ve ever come across — friendly, helpful, and always trying to make your stay in the city as enjoyable as possible.

Honestly, the hotel is wonderful, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, but the real highlight is the staff. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

Nothing. I enjoyed in the hotel.

من اجمل الفنادق التي اقمت فيها وانصح وبشده لأي زوجين بأن يجعلوها اول مكان اقامه لهم في روما

اجمل مكان للاقامه وموظفون ودودون جداً ودائماً يحاولون جعل اقامتنا اكثر راحة و يقدمون عروض افطار مجانيه وايضا يقترحون لنا مطاعم واماكن لزيارات خارجيه جميله جداً

Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Der Kleiderschrank hingegen war etwas zu klein. Es gab nur 1 Regal für Kleidungsstücke, die nicht aufgehängt werden müssen und das war noch ganz oben angebrach. Kleinere Menschen könnten da Probleme bekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber da es nicht in Buffetform war gab es jeden Morgen das Gleiche und am 3. Tag ist man es eigentlich schon etwas leid da die Abwechslung fehlt.
Noch ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das Fernsehprogramm. Es gab keinen einzigen deutschsprachigen Sender.

A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt és nem tolakodó. A szálloda, tiszta, igényes, mai design de nem zavaróan trendi, újhullámos. nagyon ízléses, jó a tematikája a különböző zenész előadókkkal.

Cons:

eset behallatszott az utca zaja, de ezért kárpótolt a nagy üvegfelület. Rossz, hogy a két oldalra néző ablakok függönyeit nem lehet külön behúzni csak manuálisan. A Wc ben nincs egy polc vagy valami, amire telefont le lehet rakni,
