A very special mention goes to Daniela, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care transformed my stay into something truly memorable. She anticipated every need before I even expressed it, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure that every detail—from check‑in to departure—was handled with remarkable attention and kindness. Her personal touch created a level of comfort and trust that is rare to find, even in top hotels.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with very kind and helpful staff. The room was very specious and super clean. The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close enough to everything.

Pros:

Pulizia, cortesia dello staff, colazione, buona posizione sul Tevere tra piazza del Popolo e Castel Sant'Angelo, camera molto bella e curata.

Cons:

Non ci sono suite con vista mentre le junior suite sono al massimo al secondo piano (la camera comunque era abbastanza spaziosa ma purtroppo la vista un po' limitata dal piano)

היתה לנו תקלה החדר
תקרת הגבס בשרותים נפלה ולא הצליחו לתקן את זה
וזה היה קצת מלחיץ להשתמש בשרותים שכל התקרה חשופה
אני חושבת שהיה ראוי שיחליפו לנו חדר
אבל לא עשו את
זה
וזה היה החלק הפחות נעים בשהות שלנו

Clean, comfortable and modern

Cons:

Not much attention to detail, for example , used toiletries, shower cap etc not replaced , duvet cover replaced upside down, no mini biscuits with tea n coffee, broken hair dryer. I was addressed in writing by the wrong title. Planned Birthday surprise was ruined as it was mentioned at check in and the card and chocolate cake plate were both Re-used and not personalised. Not 5 Star quality
