Location is perfectly located in a calmer part of the city. The area has great restaurants. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star - thank you to Stefano and Alllesandro at the front desk for making our stay perfect from before we arrived until the end. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a tray of sweets upon arrival in our room!

Cons:

Quite expensive. But that’s Rome. We had a junior suite with a view and the view wasn’t great. We were in room 201 which gave a limited view of the city but a great view of the Tiber, which unfortunately had its riverbank dug up and is going through some city upgrade. There was no actual work/noise for which we were grateful. I probably wouldn’t have paid for the “view” room to look at that mess. Higher level room might not notice the mess. The room itself could use a bit of TLC- the blinds that close off to the river had slice/rip marks in them that showed light through, although with the drapes closed everything was fine. A perfect stay in Rome with outstanding service, wonderful staff, and an unforgettable experience for our family.
Pros:

Our stay at The First Musica was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located for exploring Rome. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with great attention to detail throughout the property.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, caring, and professional. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made us feel completely at ease and were genuinely kind and attentive to our family.

The service exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, luxurious, and relaxing, and we felt valued as guests from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect. The hotel, the facilities, the location, and especially the staff exceeded all of our expectations.

New hotel with very dark rooms, strange construction, and weird complicated location

New and clean

Cons:

No daylight in the rooms, all windows opposite rooms looking straight inside. Only option is to close all day the stores, but than mo light, and when opened very little light. 850 eur for one night is two times to much for this hotel. Location is really not easy and you need for all a long taxi ride!

Wir können das Hotel für eine Reise nach Rom definitiv empfehlen. Besser geht es nicht.
Pros:

Sauber, gute Lage, sehr gehobene Ausstattung (wir hatten ein Studio) und vor allem: Das Personal war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend. Angefangen von der herzlichen Begrüßung, dem tollen Service während dem Aufenthalt, Organisation von Eintrittskarten etc. Man hatte immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Danke vor allem auch Ahmed, der unseren Check-in zu einem kleinen Erlebnis gemacht hat 😊

Cons:

Es gibt an der Unterkunft selbst nichts zu bemängeln. Einzig das Restaurant war ein wenig von der Ausstattung und dem Ambiente enttäuschend für so ein fantastisches Hotel.

Stylish Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to provide restaurant recommendations, make bookings, and help arrange tours. The hotel is in a very walkable location with beautiful views of the Tiber, and the room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Cons:

The room showed a bit of wear and tear, especially on the door and rug. I also would have preferred a Nespresso machine over the Illy coffee machine. The main drawback was noise on Friday night from the rooftop/club area, which made the hotel feel less restful.

Pros:

A beautiful luxury hotel in the centre of Rome. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival as it was my birthday and given a complementary bottle of bubbles on the day of my birthday. All staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. A luxury 5 star experience and would 100% recommend.
