Pros:

It took them 2 hours to check us in after a 22 hours flight, and telling us to pay extra because the price we booked with online was not accurate according to the receptionist the room was full of dust everywhere, the shower door wasn't working properly, and they are cockroach in the room, wifi was not working properly at all. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

While booking it says it includes one way from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport. But they are not respecting what they said and accomplished them. They don't do proper maintenance at all

Pros:

I din’t like they policy about the free transportation (shuttle) they charge $30 to take their customers to the airport, but on Expedia the shuttle is free.
