Great location with view
Pros:

We were really pleased with our stay at Alia Premier KLCC. Our room was very comfortable and clean plus we had an awesome view across towards the Petronus towers. The city lights and constant activity were enjoyable to see. Well situated to Petronus towers, KL Tower, shopping and quick, effortless transportation. The swimming pool was a bonus too. We were well looked after during our stay.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the photos or description shown online. The place was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked even basic hotel standards. I was honestly shocked when I arrived.

I only stayed for one night because it was already too late to find another place, but I could not continue my stay after that. The condition of the room and the overall cleanliness were unacceptable.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean stay. The listing is very misleading compared to the reality.

Las habitaciones con un mobiliario muy básico e incluso desgastado; el pomo de la puerta del baño roto y saludo de su sitio; la recepción una mesa delante del gimnasio; aire acondicionado insuficiente; check in y check out, lentísimo y todo a mano; tres habitaciones reservadas y una sin hacer a la hora de entrar.

In the overall my experience was quite disappointing. the location is good, but the cleanliness and service need serious
Pros:

The facilities were quite good. I liked the easy access and the bathtub was a nice touch.

I like the small tent in the room, my kid is excited to play inside it.

The food is super satisfying - I had breakfast at Maya Breasserie and it has a variety of food from vege to non vege, western breakfast, malay style breakfast, etc.

Cons:

The room condition was not very satisfying. I don’t mind if the room is old, but it felt quite dusty and not properly cleaned. The bed and furniture also seemed dusty, which made it uncomfortable to use.

The bathroom was another issue. I noticed some brown spots that were quite unpleasant, and I had to clean the toilet myself before using it.

There was also a chair in the room that looked unhygienic, with some questionable stains on it. It gave the impression that it had not been cleaned properly for a long time.

Furthermore, the service at the reception was not professional. The staff was not very communicative. During payment, instead of informing me of the amount, the receptionist simply reached out their hand for the money, which felt unprofessional.

Additionally, no directions were given about how to get to the room. After receiving the key, there was no guidance at all, which caused us to take the wrong lift and get confused before finding the correct way.

Location is superb. Walkable to main attraction (KLCC, Kampung baru) and public transport. Room spacious and bed is so comfortable. Complete facilities; iron, heater, wardrobe, fridge.

Cons:

Where do i start! The noise from the road and building work directly outside was a nightmare. The windows/walls were so thin it was like we had the windows open. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned because we had no clean towels or toilet roll, toilet broke twice gave up asking for it to be fixed so did it myself. Huge dirty mark on the pull out bed and no extra bedding so my daughter had to share the bed with me
