Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing and fell significantly below the standards

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, with visible bloodstains on the bedsheets and dirty chair seats, no hot water, and the staff taking time to bring hot water for the shower. In addition, staff conduct did not reflect professional hospitality standards, and our guests did not feel adequately welcomed or assisted.

When attempting to escalate the issue, the duty manager was not in the hotel; calls were dropped, and we were informed that the duty manager was unavailable, which is unacceptable for an operational hotel handling guest concerns.
