I love it
Pros:

Very cozy and convenient! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and cooperative throughout our stay.
They responded to all my WhatsApp messages quickly before we arrived, arranged an airport driver for us, and made everything so easy. Although the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, they kindly let us check in earlier because our flight landed ahead of schedule. They took care of everything without us even having to ask twice, and we truly appreciated their kindness.

We stayed for two nights, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to the amazing staff: Ayten, Mirza, Youmidin, Nyla, and Rada. You all made our stay so enjoyable with your kindness and excellent service. Thank you for everything! We would definitely love to come back.

Pros:

- Расположение: один из наиболее приятных районов за пределами исторического центра (рядом с м. Гянджлик - 15 минут пешком). Проспект разделяет парк/бульвар, рядом различные магазины, аптеки, кафе и рестораны.
- Персонал: один из основных плюсов отеля, так как сотрудники отзывчивые, вежливые и стараются чтобы все пожелания гостей были исполнены. Спасибо Рзе и Айтен за помощь при заселении и во время проживания. P.S.: исходя из опыта проживания, проще всего обращаться к сотрудникам на reception, если в номере нужна уборка, замена полотенец, бутылки с пресной водой.
- Номер: удобные кровати, наличие кухни, просторный номер, большое количество ящиков, можно спокойно разместить все вещи.

Cons:

- Проблемы с холодной водой: мы приехали довольно поздно из-за задержки рейса и по приезде обнаружили, что в кране отсутствует холодная вода. Пришлось кое-как помыться под горячей, так как сотрудник мог проверить кран только на следующий день. Как оказалось, при открытом гигиеническом душе в соседних номерах нарушается смешение воды. В дальнейшем проблема несколько раз повторялась. Хотелось бы чтобы такие моменты фиксировались до заселения.
- Проблемы со сливом в раковине для умывания, исправили только когда вода совсем перестала проходить.
- Номера можно немного освежить, так как они видимо пострадали от предыдущих нерадивых гостей, крючки в ванной болтаются. Также в номере изначально было маловато вешалок, попросили дополнительные.
- Отсутствие стиральной машинки в номерах или в отдельном помещении. Изначально не обратил внимание при выборе отеля, почему-то думал что формат апарт-отеля такое подразумевает. С учетом, что мы приехали на две недели, очень не хватало возможности постирать вещи в отеле.
- Завтрак неплохой, но при длительном нахождении, одно и то же "горячее" утомляет.

Просторный номер, кухня удобная. Шумоизоляция хорошая, у нас были окна в сторону дороги. Хороший персонал, с каким либо вопросом подходил помогали, очень им благодарен. Завтрак на высоте. Мы бы вернулись в этот отель.
