Lovely relaxing resort, nothing local so rent a car.
Quite possibly the rudest management of a hotel I have ever dealt with. Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel itself is fine. At check in we were not informed of checkout time or when breakfast was. We were informed our room was ready- we get into the room and it hasn’t been cleaned. During the stay there was building works which meant constant noise by the pool, there was a Russian influencer taking pictures non stop, there was no one at the bar for most of the time so we couldn’t get a drink . So, the best part is- we get to checkout, we get told we are losing our damage deposit over a small makeup mark on the white robes that are provided, we agreed we would come back, and if the robe could be washed we would pay for it, the manager (I think? Inna?) said it would be €50. We come back, she shows us both robes which have clearly not been washed properly (photos attached) and tries to charge us €100 instead. There is no rationale for the €100 fee. So of course we challenged this, she then told us she would call the police on us and Threatened this multiple times until we eventually agreed to pay. Awful awful management, would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to be threatened with police action. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by hotel management. Clearly just want to make money of people. avoid ! Also, to management - maybe dont buy white robes
Found this hotel to be very stylish and with very nice facilities (although the spa was closed). The room was very nice with lots of modern facilities and breakfast was more than adequate. My biggest and only gripe was the lack of staff! The receptionist doubled up as bar staff and kitchen help. I found this a little frustrating when trying to get something as simple as a drink whilst a queue of people are trying to check in. There wasn’t even any sign of a duty manager or someone else who could help either at reception or at the pool bar.
I would say this hotel is more geared towards adults only over families with children . The property is located within a very quiet part of Marbella - away from the hustle and bustle and consequently makes for a very tranquil and relaxing stay. The pool is a particular feature of the outdoor area with comfortable sunloungers surrounding it. No loud music blaring out which is a nice change! The hotel does provide towels for the pool should you need them.
To get into the golden mile part of Marbella, you are looking at a 10/15 mini car journey. We booked a bolt taxi both ways which cost us about 30 euros return. There a few niggles stopping this hotel from achieving 5 stars. When we arrived, the lady on reception was new to the job that day and seemed to be struggling on her own dealing with people checking in/ checking out and doing bar service in the outdoor pool area. She checked us in, gave us our room key and our room still hadn’t been made up from the people before. We left our cases in the room anyway and disappeared off the pool for a couple of hours only to return and find the champagne we had put in the fridge to have been removed by house keeping.
We ordered lunch outside and some drinks from the bar tender only to find out it was his first day too and he wasn’t sure where everything was.
I understand everyone has a first day at a new employment but to have more than one new person starting on one day and to have no one that has experience nearby is a big fault in my opinion.
When my husband went to return our pool towels the young lad behind the desk was preoccupied with his iPhone and needed to be interrupted to. Get his attention.
A mixed review but all in all a good stay.
Excellent hotel only 10 minute walk to Starlite Festival. Lovely comfortable beds, fridge in room with bottled water, lovely bathroom with toiletries and tasty breakfast. Beautiful pool area and comfy sunbeds and pool towels provided. Drinks and food at the hotel are not expensive. Great place to chill after a night at the festival. We will definitely return.
Great find within driving distance of Puerto Banus. We really enjoyed this boutique holiday. Great service from the team.
This is an affordable hotel of a great value in the middle of expensive Marbella residential and resort neighborhood. Sparkling clean, new, and comfortable rooms, sizeable free parking, great breakfast included, lots of extra services, nice staff. Very content. Warning: coffee is in the lobby from 8am only ))
We were only there for 1 night, and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Beautiful surroundings. The only downside was the pizza/ sushi bar. But a beautiful place to lay our heads.
Good overall but weird that reception doesn't speak spanish.
A very wonderful hotel! In real life it looks way better then on pictures.
The breakfast’s were very tasty.
The territory of the hotel was well-groomed and clean, friendly and responsive staff. There is a pool. Everything’s done with good taste and style. To sleep in the hotel room is a big pleasure, no excess sounds, the bed is very comfortable and quite big.
Theres also a restaurant opening soon.
I will surely visit this hotel again and I highly recommend it.
Perfect place especially if visiting starlite. Has everything you need, parking, pool and reasonably priced. Walking distance to starlite. Room has all toiletries etc so you don’t need to. bring much for short stays
We were looking for a place to stay near the Starlite Festival and this is a 10 minute walk perfect! , this 20 room hotel has only been open 6 weeks and is still in the process of a soft opening.
It was like being at someone's private Villa, spotless, all mod cons, staff couldn't do enough for us, gated with free parking, superb pool with waterfall luxurious sunbeds and pool towels provided.
Continental breakfast with cooked egg dishes which were still available till 11am, but past that no food available but I'm sure that is to come, allowed us to have food delivered and they provided the plates and cutlery.
Midday checkout was another bonus after a night/morning at Starlite.
Definitely would be 1st choice on a return to this area.
We had our 3 day Indian wedding here in May and exclusively hired the hotel to accommodate our immediate family. This was a last minute change due to our original venue falling through at short notice but we couldn’t have been happier in the end- the hotel is stunning, absolutely brand new with brilliant amenities, everything decorated tastefully and to an excellent standard. The views are breathtaking, with the Sierra Blanca mountain on one side and the sea visible on the other. The staff were so welcoming and looked after us and all our guests incredibly well- the housekeeping and kitchen staff were so lovely and really went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The management including Martin and Ivan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly and we honestly couldn’t thank them enough. We are looking forward to coming back to stay and enjoy this beautiful hotel again!
I was celebrating my friends wedding in this hotel in May. It was wonderfull weekend away from the noisy city center and tourists also. Recomend this place for a weekend or vacation. I have alredy booked it in June. Thanks to the hotel staff for their work.
