Will stay there the second time only for the excellent and exceptional service provided by Akhilesh and Arora at the res
Pros:

The best part of the hotel are the employees , right from the manager Akhilesh to the F& B manager Mr Arora , they are very helpful and look to fulfill every customer’s needs . Mr Arora at the restaurant kept us well fed and well looked after at every breakfast lunch and dinner .

Cons:

There are many things which require an upgrade , the bathroom had a stink , the hotel requires to invest in better quality towels and other toiletries inside . A standard hotel like Clark’s should come with better supplies of shampoo , body wash etc
The bottle containing body wash and shampoo is strangely kept near the basin and is not positioned near the shower , the area between the main building and the restaurant has area where all the water of air conditioner collects and has become dirty and maybe a area where mosquitoes breed . We sighted a rat running around in the restaurant so hygiene is a big question mark
For a hotel which charges almost what a Marriott at Lucknow does , I expected much better from my stay
