Wonderful gem of a hotel in Zirakpur!
Pros:

Clean, aesthetically pleasing hotel! Outstanding service! Food and room service were great. I was treated with respect by all staff! Some issue about unmarried visitors. Some noise in the front of building overnight. These issues were addressed post-vist but I still have to be honest about my experience. I cannot say enough good things about my stay! Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you!

Pros:

The hotel is not upto the mark for the price we paid.
Buffet breakfast had many options but some items were not cooked properly.
Overall food was ok.
Staff and service was fine, nothing exceptional.

Comfy stay with great customer service
Pros:

Excellent staff service. Room comfy.
The only thing would be shower pressure was low and cold water.
And no alcohol at the bar.
