Pros:

I like the design of the room and the bed was comfy to sleep on. I like the idea of the book of rules where we can contact the counter by WhatsApp anytime. There is also a garment steamer for use on request which is an added value. The location is right in the middle which makes it easy to get to the places of attraction. They have bicycles for guests to cycle around Georgetown. The Sandwich Bar has a 10% discount for guests.

Cons:

The pantry provides 2 in 1 coffee/ teh tarik with some popo snacks. It would be better if biscuits/cookies are added instead of unhealthy snacks. Perhaps it would be a great idea to provide a pair of scissors at the pantry bc the teh tarik pack simply cannot be opened. I was asked to go down to the counter for the scissors. I believe having a scissors at the pantry would save a lot of hassles.

The automated handwash machine is not working and I have already told them I don't need it and yet the staff told me they will return it in 10 mins time after the charging. It kept me waited in the room.... And they were not back until the next day. Can't they just make a replacement immediately instead of keeping me waiting in the room? I don't mind to use the normal pump one instead of the fancy machine.

The door seems to have activated the alarm device everytime I close it. Was it broken?

The air conditioning system is not cold enough same as what the reviews say. So I don't have high expectations of it.

On the last day, I had requested a time extension to check out as I couldn't get back on time. It's good that they allow it. But they came to knock at the door making it an unpleasant experience.

Anyway, these are my experiences having to know it's a 3 star hotel. The price is slightly higher than the 4 Star hotel with sea view that I was in the day before. There is really a huge difference in servicing customers between the 3 and 4 Star hotel. Here the customers are not the priority....if you are here only for the interior design of the room, it's worth it.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, with such a good vibe. Coffee shop downstairs is delicious and the bar in the hotel is such a vibe. Highly recommend.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is very central and walkable to tourists attraction. Also love how they provide bicycle so you can ride to the attractions nearby

Cons:

The noise. The sound insulation in this hotel is quite bad I would say. Can hear ppl chattering at the bar downstairs and ppl open and closing doors. Also the aircond was quite hot as well. Also there’s no water provided in the room, you’ll need to go to the common area to refill your water

Exceeded my expectations. Loved the vibes here.
Pros:

Great location. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with thoughtful amenities.
Really enjoyed the vinyl bar, restaurant and the sandwich bar too.

Cons:

Just 2 small point of dissatisfactions is that there isn't a smooth pathway for wheeling luggage from ground level to the lift landing, and no TV channels to catch up on news and sports.
