スタッフが笑顔で対応してくれて良かった

Cons:

子どもと一緒だったが、子ども用のナイトウェアがあると表記があったが見当たらず…。
エレベーター前に大人用のナイトウェアが置いてあった。
朝食のビュッフェでは野菜やフルーツが少ない。

Perfect hotel to stay at in Yokohama
Pros:

This hotel has everything you need. Professional staff, free amenities including combs and toothbrushes, and coin laundry.

Superb scenic view of Yokohama from my room. No smell of cigarette smoke on my floor. Exceptionally spacious room with a very wide table and more than enough room to walk around and to place your luggage. The breakfast, which costs extra but is fairly priced, is a very good buffet with many delicious warm dishes to choose from. A Lawson and metro entrance are directly below the hotel. Yayoiken and a few other restaurants, and also a100-yen beverage vending machine, are directly across the street. The 2-3 blocks directly surrounding the hotel are clean and safe, nothing seedy.

Pros:

The location was incredibly close to the train station.

Cons:

The room and elevator smelt like cigarette smoke no matter what you did. There was limited ventilation and you cannot open the window, so you could not air it out.

Pros:

とにかくロケーションが良かった。駅直結でスーツケース移動がスムーズにできた。1階にコンビニがあり、エレベーターで直接行き来できるのが大変便利だった。

Pros:

Location is very comfortable. Isezaki-Chojamachi station is right at the entrance of the hotel. Sakuragicho station which is main connecting stattion for all Yokohama attractions, is 1 station away only. Staff is very helpful, one of the receptionist helped us to check kids clinics and book a doctor, since my daugthers got sick during the trip
