Es muy sucio el lugar el baño huele mal había muchos cabellos en la regadera se nota que el piso no lo limpian constantemente

Was running 1 hr late, called them , 1st thing they asked me is how did you book it? I told him booking.com, he then told me we we gave your room away were booked, then he told me we need you to pay through phone now or I'm going to cancel everything now, I told him I was 30 minutes away why was he going to cancel my booking. They were very rude about me booking through booking . com, they wanted my card number I refused to give it to them since they said they had no room for me, that they were going to cancel my booking. I didn't feel safe giving them my card number . Very bad experience, I did tell I'm going then to find another place, he laughed and said everyone is booked.
They wanted me to pay them through phone , bcz I booked through booking.com, I'm think he wanted to charge me a higher price. Bcz 1st he told me they were booked I told him I had reservations already his response was how did you booked it, when I told him booking.com his whole attitude change you need to pay now, I told him I was calling that I was running late maybe 30 minutes, but he said he was going to cancel my booking I said why I'm on my way? Bad experience with manager I called after 9pm it went to the owners phone. He was rude my husband than said we're going to find another place ourselves so we did much more expensive tho.
