Perfect location for our anniversary - can't wait to return!
Pros:

Staff were accomodating, really helpful when we had any questions or issues and really friendly. I felt very welcomed! Room was really clean and perfect size for a couple!

Cons:

My phone and TV/Ipad kept disconnecting, which was a little frustrating given how much we paid but the staff promptly helped us and sent the nicest maintenance person!

Lovely stay, would come back
Pros:

Very stylish, lovely rooms and fabulous location

Cons:

The wake up mode on the iPad was hard to use. I thought I’d set a gentle wake up with curtains to open and soft music, but instead had an alarm so loud o thought it was a fire alarm 😂

Cons:

The hotel has let some modern interior architect get a long leash to make the hotel a high tech modern hotel which to big parts include a ipad to control A/C, the electrical curtain etc. Also the light bottons were somewhat "technical" flat and not as easily controlled. However, these issues are no big issues so I would love to stay at the hotel again if I visit Sydney

Everything! We were looked after by warm amd inviting staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, special and enjoyable. The complimentary bottle of wine and greeting card was so lovely for our wedding anniversary. Location, excellent! Food, coffee and pastries - delicious! We will be back.

Cons:

The breakfast menu. You could choose only one thing, next to a very small bowl of fruits and a juice. If you wished a capuccino you had to pay for it. For a 5 stars hotel, it is a bit strange. And the staff was a bit rude.

Cons:

Das Frühstück gestaltete sich immer als morgendlicher Stress. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt. Zu wenig und zusätzliche Bestandteile des Frühstücks gegen fette Preise. Personal wirkte überfordert.

Sehr schönes Hotel, hochwertig ausgestattet, in bester Lage. Smart home Features verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl der Trubel der Town-Hall-Gegend, die Entspannung im Hyde Park sowie die hippe Oxford Street sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem ist die U-Bahn Station Gadigal ums Eck.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ansprechend gestaltet und modern mit großem Fernseher. Das Bett war außerordentlich bequem.

Cons:

Die Lichtschalter sind unpraktisch zu bedienen (moderne Touch-Schalter anstelle von klassischen Schaltern).
Licht und Klimaanlage können über ein Tablet, aber auch per Wandschalter gesteuert werden. Der Fernseher und die Vorhänge hingegen müssen über das Tablet gesteuert werden. Das ist schon etwas umständlich, eine normale Fernsteuerung für den Fernseher wäre zumindest wünschenswert. Noch dazu ist das Tablet mit einer Kamera ausgestattet, wer das so nicht will muss die Linse selber abkleben. Das Fernsehbild ist regelmäßig eingefroren.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Sydney
Pros:

Die Lage war TOP, das Hotel wunderschön, das Personal SUPER NETT! Ausstattung im Hotelzimmer war super. Das Café unten ist ebenfalls ein Bonus :) Es gibt auch sehr guten Wein und Sekt zu kaufen. Die Lage ist außerdem unschlagbar!

Cons:

Der Pool war sehr klein und größtenteils schattig, Frühstück gibt es leider nur á la carte und war sehr teuer (aber dafür wirklich lecker). Leider haben wir ein Souvenir verloren, welches vom Personal anscheinend mitgenommen wurde - für ein Hotel dieser Klasse und dieses Preises finden wir das leider inakzeptabel :(
