A due passi dal centro medievale
Pros:

La posizione a 200 metri dal centro medievale , colazione ottima, proprietario disponibile

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo capitati con una giornata caldissima e la notte con il solo ventilatore e’ stata dura! Ma era veramente una situazione climatica eccezionale

Très agréable, à recommander.
Pros:

Accueil au top et hôtel charmant. Réponses aux questions claires et bienveillantes. Très satisfait de ce séjour. Le plus étant le stationnement des vélos (nous étions en itinérance).

Charming & beautiful
Pros:

Charming, friendly staff, 10 minute stroll into town. The owners are a couple with a family who are nice & helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. We stayed there over Easter weekend and they provided bunnies & chocolates to the guests. Parking was easy, just around the corner from the hotel.
Big Thank you to Kevin who was extra helpful to me; I left something behind in the room and he posted it back to Sydney for me.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great. But please note you are in a medieval, beautiful village and this is a heritage property ; so do not expect large facilities with lifts, etc

Pros:

Hyvätunnelmainen, asiallisesti modernisoitu vanhaa kunnioittaen. Hyvä, monipuolinenn aamiainen, joka oli saatavilla klo 07.30:sta. Lyhyt kävelymatka historialliseen keskustaan. Huone hyvin auringonvalolta suojattu, joten ilmastoinnin puuttuminen ei haitannut.

Cons:

Kadunvarsipysäköinti voi olla haasteellista.

Hit and miss property conveniently located.
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of the historic quarter.
Nice and quiet neighbourhood at night.
Large bed.
Helpful staff, namely in taking our luggage upstairs and suggesting local eateries.

Cons:

We were misled by the very attractive but deceptive photos in their listing and by them being a member of the "Demeures & Chateaux" and were expecting a grand property or luxurious hotel probably thinking they were of the "Relais & Chateaux" programme especially considering the price we paid (we had been staying in such lovely properties including Chateaux during our 14-night stay in France) so we were already disappointed upon arrival when we discovered it's just a modest corner house.
"Superior room" was rather small and very basic with no charm whatsoever (despite being a 400-yr old house).
It was extremely stuffy due to the heatwave but the owner had put a (very noisy and rather ineffective) A/C unit in the room which helped a little but still prevented us from a good night's sleep.
The wifi didn't work in our room and whilst there was a kettle with tea & coffee facilities, there was only 1 cup available.
Headboard was stained but the sheets were spotless.
We didn't have breakfast but it looked good while walking across the breakfast room with our luggage (awkward).
No parking so you'll have to park on the street (which was safe and free).
Poor value for money.
We wouldn't stay there again but this place would probably be ok outside a heatwave.

Lieu exceptionnel pour un séjour à Dinan
Pros:

L’emplacement était top pour visiter Dinan. Nous avons jamais dormi jusqu’à présent dans un hôtel avec le fenêtre ouvert la nuit, mais cet hôtel était tellement calme la nuit que c’était possible. Le lieu est tellement charmant. L’accueil état très chaleureux et le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien pour le prix. Nous pouvons que recommander le hôtel de la Port St Malo
