الموقع في قلب مدينة سكاريا.
الطابق الأرضي عباره مول ( مجمع تحاري) .
المكان قريب من الخدمات المقاهي الكافيهات.
الشقه نظيفه و واسعه بها جميع الخدمات .
المواقف كثيره تعتبر مواقف المول

الاستقبال شخص واحد عنده مكتب جالس جنب المصعد وبعد الساعه 10م ما حد موجود.
الشقه نظيفه بس بعض مستهلكه والاثاث من النوع الرخيص. الكرافي غير مريحه.
