Pros:

Хорошая цена и достаточно близкое к центру расположение. В апартаментах есть необходимый минимум для проживания. С парковкой нет проблем, ближайший супермаркет Sok в 350 метрах. Близко набережная. Отличное соотношение цены и качества

Cons:

Неудобная плитка для готовки, слабый нагрев воды, расположен на второй линии, к сожалению, моря ниоткуда не видно

Проживание в отеле оставило приятные впечатления — всё было удобно и комфортно.
Pros:

Отель произвёл хорошее впечатление. Номер был чистым и уютным, персонал — вежливым и отзывчивым. Бассейн — тёплый, чистый, с удобными лежаками и приятной атмосферой для отдыха. В целом остался доволен, рекомендую.

Cons:

Единственный минус — шум от соседей сверху, особенно по утрам и вечерам

Очень хороший отель в Алании.
Pros:

Понравилось все! современный чистенький отель, ненавязчивая уборка каждый день, можно заказать завтрак. Есть свой пляж через дорогу, но мы ходили на Клеопатру.
Номер красивый и современный, с просторным балконом, у нас был вид на город, горы и кусочек моря.

Cons:

Немного обновить посуду, раз отель позиционирует себя как апарт. Сковорода была очень уставшей) и не хватало маленькой кастрюли.

Lovely stay. Great staff. Comfortable room. Nice location.
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The location was good with an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, markets, the beach. About a 20 to 25 minute walk to the marina/Red Tower. Wifi worked well. You can have laundry washed, dried and folded for 250 Turkish lira. We hope to return.

Cons:

The bed was just a little too hard for our taste, but still comfortable.

just value for the money if you are not planning to spend too much time inside
Pros:

Generally god location, not far from the harbour and in walikng distance to the supermarkets and restaurants. Rather big apartments where you didn't feel that your are tightened in the hole :) Friendly and supportive staff and really yummy turkish coffee in the lobby bar
Parking!

Cons:

No central heating and hot water, what is really not convenient in winter time (AC is working only when you are in the room, instantaneous water heater has very low power). Rather poorly equipped kitchen with an electric stove from the Stone Age :) with very low power as well. No any view from the rooms (even if you will be the lucky one and get the room from the sea side - it will be just a small gap in-between of two front buildings. Soundproofing - just doesn't exist at all. We herad everything what our neighbours were talking about (the conversation was not very loud, by the way...))

Pros:

Крутая локация, новый и чистый отель!!! Очень добрый и приятный персонал!!! В общем все круто!!! Бронировали на 7 дней, а в итоге остались на 14 дней!!! Все рядом и магазины и кафешки!!!

Cons:

Жалко что зимой бассейн не работает.

В целом все понравилось, убирались каждый день, для отдыха все есть в апартаменте. Wi fi хорошо работал.
Pros:

Все есть на кухне: посуда, чайник, кружки и тп, уютно и красиво, есть балкон. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Рядом с отелем большое количество кафешек и ресторанов, море и пляж рядом, маркеты.

Cons:

Прохладно в комнатах, приходилось включать теплый кондиционер, в ванной очень холодно. Диван старый.
