Oom Bubble Boutique Riviera Cancun - Adults Only

Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage outside, under the shade of the trees, next to our private pool. After this we walked 500m to Cenotes 7 Bocas, recommended by Maritza, which was a beautiful way to end our short yet soulful stay at Oom Bubble Boutique.

This is a unique and completely wonderful experience no one should miss! On top of the obvious, the restaurant is top notch- the best meals we had our whole week in Cancun and PDC. The private cenote, waking up to the birdsong, and a quick walk to 7 Bocas Cenote, which was an amazing benefit. We loved Oom Bubbles more than I can express.

We enjoyed the tranquility, and peacefulness. The bubble set up was cool and different.

I have no complaints about our stay here. It was romantic. Service was exceptional. If you can’t relax and decompress here then you can’t anywhere. The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating.

Nice place to stay!

It was such a beautiful and unique experience. I definitely recommend it. The only downside was the telescope was really hard to use and the instructions were unclear. Would have been great to get more guidance on it.

The cenote was beautiful. It was amazing waking up in the bubble with the birds chirping and being surrounded by the jungle.

Also the food was really delicious. We had the romantic dinner by the cenote. Every course was incredibly tasty and good portions. Breakfast was also delicious. We even had the burger for lunch and it was surprisingly very good.

The staff were great but can improve on communication. I had some trouble confirming specific information and making certain arrangements beforehand. But overall everyone was great. Especially Gilberto, our server during our dinner. Maritza was also very helpful throughout the process.

Beautiful property, very clean, felt very safe and private. The quality of the food surprised me. And the service is very very good

The property is absolutely beautiful. Definitely a way to be in nature without the necessary roughness. It is gated so I felt safe as well as there is always staff on property that is willing and able to help you. The staff was absolutely the best so nice so accommodating. You are in the jungle, so you will see all types of wildlife and creatures, but that is part of its charm. I would definitely stay here again. The food was also amazing. I do wish they had a wider selection. However, the food that they did have was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the fresh juice and fruit each morning as well as the coffee. Even though you are out in the jungle, it is still very intimate, which I believe makes all the difference. This is definitely an experience, and one I won’t soon forget. Thank you to Manuel and Ximena as well as all the other staff that made my stay wonderful

So beautiful. So amazing. I was a bit nervous coming to this place in the middle of the jungle but I had zero worries there.

Great hotel to stay. Unique experience

I loved this hotel so much, I booked my next stay in 2 months. This place so serene I could make this a yearly trip. I was able to relax and reboot! The staff was so helpful. i read another review which stated a limited menu however, I think the menu is perfect. There were a variety of meats, fruits, and vegetables. As an added bonus there is a cenote on the property. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are abundant.

Positives: One of the most relaxing trips we have been on. Did not want to leave the bed! The whole hotel is beautifully detailed. Lovely staff and great food. Truly a great place to disconnect and recharge.

Negatives: As others have said the hot water doesn't last more than a few minutes. It is still lukewarm after though. The wifi signal was weak or not working from our bubble. Somewhere else to sit in the bubble would be nice too.

It was the most relaxing places ever.

If you want to get away and relax this is the place to do it. Their service is amazing and everything is done with so much intention that it truly is a magical place. Plus who doesn’t want to swim in their own cenote.

We loved our stay at the premium bubble! The place is small and intimate. The bubbles are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to be back soon. Thank you for making our stay a great and comfortable one!
