JOST Hôtel Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint Jean

difficult to access this hotel unless using a taxi - long walk from road access with numerous stairs both up and down which was hard with large travel suitcases.

Chambre et lit très agréables ! Le concept eco est sympathique !

Hôtel neuf et branché. à 1KM de la gare st jean et à 3 km du centre ville. Petite chambre confortable et cosy avec sa petite sdb. Parking payant à 50 m. Restauration sur place. piscine sur le toit.

Accueil impersonnels, locaux originaux mais pas du tout fonctionnels, absence de chaise et de bureau, télé regardable uniquement depuis le lit, lavabo dans la chambre = chaussettes mouillées, bruyant jusqu’à minuit à cause de sa proximité avec lieux d’animations… Après, si vous aimez aussi dormir dans un caveau sombre et noir…

This it not a hotel, it's a hostel. If the place would've been described as a hostel, I would have been happy, however as a hotel it does not live up the standards you expect.

Our first impression was a curtain in our that looked like it had gone through the trenches. The TV was crooked. And there was several hairs and dirt on the pillows and bed.

We booked a triple room, where on the booking site it had been mislabeled as a double and a large single bed. There was nothing large about the single bed.

The staff however was very accommodating about our complaints and did their best to make us happy. They changed our room twice, and cleaned the areas that we informed them were dirty. However, that shouldn't really have to be done in the first place.

In the final room we were booked into Their only fault is perhaps their lack of knowledge regarding the room. Eg. did not know how to pull out the tv, did not know how to change temperature in the room. Later we were told that you could not adjust the temperature in the room, so we were offered to sleep with two duvets, which frankly you shouldn't have to do in a hotel.

Små, men rene rom. Hyggelig område og enkelt å komme seg til sentrum av Bordeaux. God frokost!

Love the decor and great service at the front desk when I forgot my key needed a second key!

Nahe vom Bahnhof gelegen. das Stadtzentrum erreicht man von dort aus direkt mit Tram oder Bus (ca 20min).

Effectivement l’hôtel a une piscine, il est regrettable qu’elle soit ouverte jusqu’à 19.00. L’hôtel ne délivre pas de facture pour la nuitée si vous passez par une application comme hôtel.com, dernier point, le parking vous obligera à faire un peu de marche, environ 300 mètres. Pour le reste, établissement neuf, tout comme la literie et chambre, douche, grand écran TV, restauration légumes frais, dessert maison, viande de très bonne qualité, personnel souriant, agréable. Très bonne isolation, l’hôtel de Bordeaux est situé proche des lignes SNCF, aucun bruit. Je recommande l’établissement.

Mycket fin frukost, rummet vi fick var trångt. Men hotellet var prisvärt, nära stationen.

Très belle découverte ! Très précis et super accueillant ! Seul bémol l’accès à l’extérieur lorsqu’on est chargé et qu’on voyage très tôt le matin…

Very modern and comfortable hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Close to train station.

We loved this place! Shame it was a short stop over as would of liked to stay for longer. We had a perfect room, generously sized for our family, 2 adults and 2 children 7yr + 8yrs. They found the bunkbeds fun and quirky and each bed had its own charging station ideal for the i-pads. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we able to check in ahead of time. We didn't get to use the pool due to poor weather but it looked a great space-I think we need to come back, as the kids are still saying it was THE BEST HOTEL!

This place was pure luxury - especially for the price

Une chambre très fonctionnelle, à la fois chaleureuse et sobre. Café en dosettes et thés à disposition sur tous les paliers.
Grand calme.

Problème d’ascenseur bon ça arrive. Par contre pommeaux de douche défaillant idem pour la douche type pluie
Petit déjeuner mal organisé et donc plein d’aller retour à daire
