Muy bonito y céntrico
Pros:

Hotel precioso. Muy cómodo y limpio

Cons:

La piscina se queda un poco pequeña. No es para relajarse. Se llena de niños y todo pasa mojado y con gritos 🥲

I book family room, there are entertainments for kids which is excellent but can be further improve if hotel provides kids amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and body wash for kids and kids slipper

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst war schön, freundliches Personal und gemütlich.

Cons:

Um ehrlich zu sein hat mir Jakarta garnicht gefallen, alleine als Frau fühlte ich mich nicht besonders sicher, das einzige mal auf meiner Reise. Ich konnte nicht von A nach B laufen was anstrengend war, da Jakarta so riesig ist. Das Hotel liegt okay, das Viertel ist nicht besonders schön.

Het bed zat waarschijnlijk vol met wantsen. Mijn benen en armen zaten vol met bultjes die erg jeukten. Ook het ontbijt was niet heel erg bijzonder niet zoveel keuze mogelijkheden. En ik heb nog nooit een eigenaars tafel gezien waar het voor de gasten verboden was om gebruik van te maken. Terwijl die alles betalen???

Great atmosphere and service, but needs better housekeeping
Pros:

Overall, we had a very nice stay. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells amazing and feels like you’ve stepped into a completely different, beautiful world. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful; they even gave us a room upgrade and allowed us to check in a few hours early, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

However, the room cleanliness was a letdown. There were dust and crumbs on the floor when we arrived, and even after asking for a cleaning the next day, the floor looked the same. Most importantly, there was black mold in the bathroom grout, which definitely needs to be addressed immediately for hygiene reasons.

The breakfast buffet was just "okay." The fruits and vegetables lacked flavour, and the orange juice didn't taste like real orange at all. As vegans, we were very disappointed to find no plant-based milk or vegan options available. If they improve the housekeeping and breakfast variety, this place would be perfect!
