Great atmosphere and service, but needs better housekeeping
Pros:

Overall, we had a very nice stay. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells amazing and feels like you’ve stepped into a completely different, beautiful world. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful; they even gave us a room upgrade and allowed us to check in a few hours early, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

However, the room cleanliness was a letdown. There were dust and crumbs on the floor when we arrived, and even after asking for a cleaning the next day, the floor looked the same. Most importantly, there was black mold in the bathroom grout, which definitely needs to be addressed immediately for hygiene reasons.

The breakfast buffet was just "okay." The fruits and vegetables lacked flavour, and the orange juice didn't taste like real orange at all. As vegans, we were very disappointed to find no plant-based milk or vegan options available. If they improve the housekeeping and breakfast variety, this place would be perfect!

Will not come again
Pros:

Lighting and pool. Staff is nice. Got laundry room too. Got breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom is dirty.. Bed was hard n not comfy at all..
Food for room service is bad.
Receptionists told the room is upgraded but nothing special about the room that i felt relly want to change hotel..

Great experience
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and good service.
Pros:

The bed was quite comfy and clean. The room was spacious and the staff were efficient with all of our requests throughout our stay.

Cons:

The room for our first night did not have an actual view but the staff (Teddy) accommodated our request to change with a better view.
