A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, but the breakfast could be improved and more attention should be giv
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was well maintained, and overall the stay was pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was quite limited and could offer more variety. We also experienced an issue with some taxis waiting outside the hotel. A few drivers appeared to take longer routes, even when using Google Maps, which increased the fare unnecessarily. We reported this to the front desk, but unfortunately no action seemed to be taken. As many tourists stay at this hotel, I hope the management can monitor this more closely to help protect guests from such situations.

My family is happy staying in this hotel.
Pros:

Overall Im very impressed with all staff who is very nice and polite, especially Shereen who has served us from the beginning till end we stay. We were given the opportunity to be guest of the day which is our first time experience.

Cons:

I hope the toilet could have bidet, i don’t like using the auto hose at the back and i hope the toilets cleanliness can be better.

Amazing experience here in Ashley Tanah Abang.. aesthetic hotel design, huge room and toilet for the Executive Twin Room, cozy bed and pillow.. Thank you Tarisa, Renda, Vicky and Abi for their awesome service.. Walking distance to Tanah Abang and we enjoy staying here so much 🤍
