El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de la estación. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación tenía el tamaño normal para Japón. Todo bien.
El desayuno. No sé si es algo típico en Japón pero no reponían las cosas cuando se terminaban. Dos días faltaba bollería y me dijeron que era porque ya se había consumido. Creo que deberían reponer todo hasta la última hora del desayuno.
También la lavandería... Hay tres lavadoras secadoras y cada turno tarda más de una hora y media en lavado y secado. Pude ponerla porque un hombre me dejó pero es imposible organizarse. Sería mucho mejor tener lavadoras y secadoras para hacerlo todos al mismo tiempo.

部屋にコンセントが至る所にあり、とても便利でした。
小さいサイズの三面鏡があったり、全身鏡があって有難かったです。
ベッドも程よい硬さで爆睡でした。

ライブでの連泊利用だったため、急遽2日間同じ部屋にして貰えないかとお願いすると快く対応してくれました。
初日のみ朝食を利用したが、ずんだ・牛タンカレー・海鮮が揃っていてこの朝食で仙台グルメが楽しめます。
部屋に関しては、風呂トイレ別でとても綺麗で疲れた体を癒せました。
フロントの方の対応も優しく、仙台に来た際はこちらのホテルを利用したいと思いました！

・ハンドソープの上や枕にゴミが着いていた
・朝食会場入り口にスタッフがいたが、ドアを開けるわけでもなく、自分で開けて入ったあとも特に挨拶もなかったこと
・セルフで行う入り口のタッチパネルの反応が悪い
