Perfection!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The suite was way beyond expectations and worth paying the extra. Location is fantastic for easy access to the Kolnmesse. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Pleasant stay, nice location
Pros:

This was a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, with soft beds and all furniture in excellent condition. The hotel was situated at a very convenient location, next to the museums and the market.

Cons:

The staff could be a little more friendly. The only words we exchanged was "welcome", "please fill in this form", "your room is down the hall" and "goodbye".

Pros:

Was given an upgrade on arrival. The suite was excellent - quiet, spacious, clean, mood lighting options, quality finishes etc. Staff were attentive and polite. Puls restaurant downstairs was great too.

Cons:

The sliding door to the bathroom was very stiff and hard to open/close - needs an adjustment

De locatie is fantastisch, heel schone kamer met een fijn bed.. We hadden een gratis upgrade. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Neem zeker een kijkje op het dakterras!

O hotel era um charme, muito bonito. O quarto em que ficámos era lindíssimo e grande, com as janelas voltadas para a Alter Mark; tinha uma pequena zona de estar muito aconchegante. Tudo límpíssimo.
Hotel muito bem localizado na Alter Markt e perto da estação de comboio.
