stay was fine, will book again for Oshkosh in 2026

Cons:

felt sorry for the staff who were " shortstaffed " as per the note on the front desk
they were focused on getting their jobs done , no time for any Wisconsin hospitality which I was looking forward to having travelled from Australia for Oshkosh Air Show

This place is nice but needs some fine tuning
Pros:

I liked the room. It was very clean. Give a person some dish soap.

Cons:

The staff was just ok. The price I paid for the room I feel was a bit much. I feel it specifically because there is nothing else of this caliber in the area so I feel Cobblestone is gouging a bit. By 9:30 am the "free" breakfast was depleted and no one was putting anything else out. Still had to go to The Hotel Fremont for breakfast which I am 100% ok with.

Pros:

Izzy is cheerful and engaging! She quickly prepared a ground floor room for me and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and appreciate it being included in the room rate. Bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and in good repair overall!

Cons:

Would have liked to have just scrambled eggs. Most of the food choices are carb based but overall choices were fresh!
