لم استمتع بشي

Cons:

أولا عدم تطابق قيمة الحجز الغرفة حيث أعطيت غرفة سيئة مقابلة للمواقف مباشرة وجميع الأصوات عندي وهي ليست غرفتي بحجة جميع الغرف المطلوبة غير متاحة وهذا ليس ذنبي مقابل ١٢ مليون روبية ودفعت زيادة لتوفير غرفة في اليوم الثاني وأعطيت غرفة أسوأ وتعامل الاستقبال سيء حيث يتم تقديم أبناء جنسيته حتى لوكان دوري وإعطاء أفضل الغرف جنسيته بالرغم من الدفع عشر أضعافهم حيث طلبت مدير الفندق ووعدني بإعطائي غرفتي الحقيقية في اليوم التالي ولكن العاملين لم يهتموا بذلك ازعاج عدم نظافة عدم مبالاة بالعرب كل شي كان سيء خلال إقامتي لخمسة أيام ورط لأن الدفع كان قبل ذلك بشهر وزيادة ماتم دفعه في الفندق لتوفير الغرفة تجربتي مع هذا الفندق سيئة ولن أكرر ذلك هذه الحقيقة دون مجاملة كل سنة أقدم لأندنوسيا ولكن كان هذا أول مرة اسكن بهذا الفندق وآخر مرة فنادق اندنوسيا الباقية لهم كل الحب والتقدير لتميزهم

Pros:

The hotel is very reasonable in everything: its location, cleanliness, and the absolutely wonderful view. The staff and the breakfast are excellent, everything is well organized, and the pools are beautiful.

المنتجع نظيف وجديد ولكن صغير ويحتوي على مسبح صغير ولاتوجد به مرافق كثيرة تعطيه 5 نجوم . خيارات الافطار بسيطة .

الافطار بسيط والمسبح صغير والمنتجع لا يحتوي على فعاليات او مرافق تجعل منه منتجع 5 نجوم
