Pros:

Sur 3 piscines, 2 étaient froides, et alors qu’il est écrit SPA, il n’y a pas de soins, juste un bain turc et un sauna.

Cons:

Vu le prix, (par rapport au pays)on peut s’attendre à quelque chose de beaucoup mieux !

Pleasant, but needs to eliminate shortcomings

Same as my review of 29 June 2026. Same qualities and same shortcomings remain.

"The hotel was very good and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always quick to assist with any requests we had.

The hotel features two small indoor pools and one small outdoor pool, which my children thoroughly enjoyed. One of the indoor pools is located next to a Turkish hammam, which was well maintained and provided a very relaxing experience.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, snacks and fresh fruits to suit different tastes.

The location is another advantage. The hotel is close to the city centre and within easy reach of several popular attractions, including Magic City, which is good for children, and Chorsu market."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve:

1) Shower water temperature: The hotel should consider installing equipment that prevents sudden fluctuations in water temperature. It was uncomfortable when the water unexpectedly became much hotter or colder while showering, despite having set a comfortable temperature.

2) Televisions: We stayed in two rooms in the main building (where the reception is located). In one of the rooms, the TV was only able to receive local Uzbek channels. The hotel staff explained that it was not a smart TV and therefore could not access cable or satellite channels. As a result, my mother was unable to watch TV during our week-long stay. Replacing these older TVs with smart TVs would greatly improve the guest experience.

3) Room cleaning: The housekeeping staff would benefit from having vacuum cleaners to remove hair from carpets and floors more effectively. Providing vacuum cleaners would help improve the overall cleanliness of the rooms.

4) Swimming pools: The chlorine level in the pool water seemed quite high. After swimming, both my children and I could still smell chlorine on our skin. Reducing the amount of chlorine, while maintaining safe water quality, would make swimming more pleasant."

Pros:

Удобное местоположение отеля, легко доехать до всех достопримечательностей и часто посещаемых мест в городе в среднем 5-12 минут на такси (такси недорогое 1-3 доллара), к примеру Тashkent city - 5 мин, Magic city -3 мин, комплекс Хазрет имам (так называемый старый город) - 12мин.
Мы располагались в трёх номерах, все номера были чистые, все необходимое было в наличии: халаты, тапочки, гигиенические средства, полотенца. Смена полотенец ежедневное.
Три бассейна, один с подогревом, хамам, парная.
Завтраки в формате шведского стола, каждый найдёт себе по вкусу что поесть.
За дополнительную плату отель обеспечил встречу и трансфер с аэропорта до отеля моей семьи из 8 человек, что очень удобно, не нужно самостоятельно заниматься этим вопросом.
Особо хочется отметить высокий уровень гостеприимства и компетентности персонала отеля! Благодарю за сервис! Буду вас рекомендовать.

Sauberes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Früher Check In ohne Probleme. Schöner Platz zum draussen sitzen.

Zimmer etwas klein, kaum Platz für den Koffer.

В общем- хорошо
Pros:

Отель не плохой, расположение удобное, бассейны, спа- все красиво. Завтраки разнообразные. Персонал приветливый

Cons:

Заселялись с приключениями. Наш номер был занят, сначала предложили шести местную комнату, больше похожую на общажную комнату. Долго ругались, искали подходящий номер. В итоге компромисс нашелся, но в час ночи, когда ты устал, такое заселение сильно портит настроение и впечатление

Good enough for a couple of nights
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff very nice and attentive.

Cons:

Our room had no other light than the ceiling (no bedside table lamp), so it was not cozy. The pool smelled very strong of chlorine. The area was boring, you need a car to go anywhere (but taxis are super cheap)

The staff are great, friendly, and welcoming. I appreciate their efforts!

Cons:

The room was smaller than in the photos, the window didn’t have a net to protect from bugs, so we couldn’t keep it open. The bathroom heater was on in summer, so it was too hot and humid.

However, the location is great and close to all activities in the city.
