Pros:

Сотрудники очень стараются. Но все по-разному.
Для командировки норм, за свои деньги.
Завтрак вроде и много всего, и одновременно из этого я брал только 30%.

Cons:

Поселили в пристройке. Звукоизоляция Ноль.
В ресторан на завтрак пускают в верхней одежде.

Отель в тихом районе спать было комфортно, мы бронировали номер вип с двумя спальнями плюс два сан узла очень удобно, Абдували красавчик! Все парни знают свое дело, банкомат на 1 этаже можно сразу менять деньги, главное чтобы они у банкомата были)) в номере была уборка, чистые номера, дворик отличный
Спа + хамам и бассейн чистые
Есть бильярд, не совсем удобно конечно время до 22:00 ну успеть можно
Взяли у папы интервью подписались все наши родственники! До встречи! Обязательно вернемся.

I’m writing this review because I honestly regret the money and time spent, and I don’t want others to make the same mistake.
SHOXJAHON looks acceptable only before you book.
The biggest problem is the prepayment. You pay in advance, and only after arriving do you realize what you’ve actually booked. Once you see the real condition of the hotel, it’s too late — your money is already gone. You can’t just leave or cancel. That feeling of being stuck is extremely frustrating.
The rating is another issue. I booked this place because of the high score, and now I can say it clearly: it does not reflect reality. There are way too many 10/10 reviews that don’t match the actual experience at all. After staying here, it really feels like the rating is artificially inflated.
The rooms feel worn out, cleaning is weak, and the overall condition is disappointing. There’s always noise or small issues that never get properly addressed. The staff are present, but there’s no real service — everything feels formal and indifferent.
What makes this especially annoying is the combination of things: high rating, mandatory prepayment, and low real quality. It doesn’t feel accidental — it feels like a setup where the guest loses from the start.
My honest advice: do not book this hotel if prepayment is required. The risk is too high. Don’t trust the rating alone.
If I could go back, I would choose literally any other place.

This is a mistake — one you pay for with your money and your nerves.
Everything you see online — ratings, photos, glowing reviews — has nothing to do with reality. It’s a polished facade hiding a complete lack of service, responsibility, and respect for guests.
The most dangerous part is the prepayment. That’s where you lose all control. Once the money is taken, you no longer matter. Any issues are met with cold indifference or simply ignored. No one is interested in fixing anything.
The room is disappointing from the first second. Old, worn out, dirty, unpleasant smell. Not “a bit outdated” — just bad. It feels like there are no standards at all. Cleaning is superficial and careless.
Rest is impossible. Constant noise, paper-thin walls, doors slamming, voices everywhere. Sleep is interrupted again and again. You’re not resting — you’re counting hours until checkout.
And then there are the ratings. After staying here, it becomes obvious:
those 9–10 scores are misleading.
No honest guest would rate this place that high. Either the reviews are manipulated, or guests are being deceived.
In the end, you’re left with one feeling — being cheated.
Money taken in advance, zero responsibility afterward.
My advice is very clear:
don’t trust the ratings,
don’t trust the photos,
and NEVER book with prepayment.
There are worse places. But there are also honest ones. This is not one of them.

SHOXJAHON Hotel is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. There is no real service at all. The staff is rude, indifferent, and clearly not interested in guests. Any request feels like a burden to them.
The room was dirty, with dust, unpleasant smells, and clear signs that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The furniture is old and worn out, and the overall condition of the room is neglected. Noise insulation is terrible — getting proper rest is impossible.
Breakfast was a nightmare: very limited choice, cold food, and questionable quality. Hygiene standards seem to be completely ignored.
The price is totally unjustified. This hotel does not deserve even one star. Strongly not recommended

Pros:

К сожалению, пребывание в гостинице SHOXJAHON стало большим разочарованием. С самого заселения всё пошло не так: персонал выглядел безразличным, на просьбы реагировали медленно, а иногда и вовсе игнорировали.
Номер оказался плохо убран: пыль, неприятный запах и ощущение, что уборку делали «для галочки». Мебель старая, обстановка неуютная, шумоизоляция почти отсутствует — спать было невозможно.
Завтрак разочаровал окончательно: скудный выбор, еда холодная, впечатление, что о гостях здесь совсем не думают. На замечания сотрудники лишь пожимали плечами, никакого желания исправить ситуацию.
За такие деньги ожидалось хотя бы базовое качество сервиса, но, увы, этого здесь нет. Не рекомендую и сам больше никогда не вернусь.
