Pros:

The staff are great, friendly, and welcoming. I appreciate their efforts!

Cons:

The room was smaller than in the photos, the window didn’t have a net to protect from bugs, so we couldn’t keep it open. The bathroom heater was on in summer, so it was too hot and humid.

However, the location is great and close to all activities in the city.

Pros:

Самое хорошее в отеле - это персонал!!! Были много где, но чтобы персонал настолько быстро и внимательно старался решать вопросы гостя видели впервые.
Вначале были некоторые недопонимания , но затем парни на ресепшен все поняли и мгновенного реагировали на все просьбы.
Особенно Улугбек и ребята в его смене!!!

Обобщая — все вполне соответствовало ожиданиям, смело рекомендую вас друзьям :)
Pros:

Очень понравились сотрудники отеля — прекрасные! Расположение вполне ок, предварительно изучила карту, так что все соответствовало действительности, без сюрпризов.
Завтраки хорошие, было из чего выбрать. Бассейны тоже топ, классно охлаждали в июльскую жарищу. Кофейня на территории вообще отличная, попробовали все виды чая и кофе — супер!
Собрали замечательный завтрак с собой при очень раннем выезде, спасибо!
В общем, не нужно ожидать что-то шикарное — за свою стоимость отель супер.

Cons:

За все время нашего отдыха не работал хаммам, хотя обещали починить) Не критично, но хотелось.
Спортзал очень маленький и без кондиционера — он бы сильно улучшил ситуацию) Искренне желаю чуть обновить оборудование.

very very bad hotel in the city
Cons:

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. My personal belongings went missing during my stay. A very disappointing experience, especially when you expect safety and peace of mind from a hotel.
