Bella struttura, pulita e in una buona posizione. Ci hanno anticipato il check in alle 10 senza costi aggiuntivi 😊

Cons:

Materassi duri e stanze piccole. Abbiamo sentito molti rumori e schiamazzi dalla stanza accanto perché le stanze sono poco insonorizzate (se non per nulla). Siam dovuti andar via alle 7 e abbiamo chiesto colazione al sacco e ci è stato dato un singolo tramezzino e senza caffè.

Очень понравился персонал на ресепшене — все были вежливыми, приветливыми и всегда готовы помочь. Также отличный завтрак по системе «шведский стол» с хорошим выбором блюд. Большим плюсом стали три бассейна, каждый смог найти для себя подходящий вариант.

Что не понравилось:

Разочаровала работа персонала по уборке. Постельное белье должны были менять ежедневно, но за все время этого не делали. Уборка сводилась к тому, что забирали мусор, приносили воду и пополняли шампунь, если он заканчивался. Сам номер практически не убирали.

Также ожидания не совпали с реальностью. На фотографиях в Booking номер выглядит намного просторнее, чем оказался на самом деле. В реальности он довольно маленький.

Останавливались в Shoxjahon Hotel на несколько дней и остались очень довольны! Отель очень чистый и уютный, номера современные, с кондиционером и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Особенно понравились бассейн, сауна и хаммам — после прогулок по жаркому Ташкенту это было настоящим удовольствием. Завтраки по системе «шведский стол» вкусные и разнообразные. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда готов помочь. Удобное расположение позволяет быстро добраться до основных достопримечательностей города. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям!

One-Bedroom Suite looks nothing like the photos and description, it's totally scam

Cons:

Unfortunately, the "One-Bedroom Suite" did not match the advertised photos or description. The room we received was significantly different from what was presented in the listing (see attached screenshots). Instead of a spacious suite with a separate living room and bedroom, we were given a small room without a balcony and with very limited window space.

I have attached screenshots highlighting these discrepancies. Overall, the accommodation was a scam, did not meet our expectations based on the information provided at the time of booking.

During check-out, they promised to refund half of the price, because of discrepancies. But they didn't provide refund as well.
