Curate's egg.. clean, handy for centre ville, but a bit below par for the price...
Pros:

Handy 10min walk to central Beaune.
Welcoming, smiling staff!
Clean (if plain) room, with excellent shower room.
Parking onsite.

Cons:

Room was less attractive than website suggested... no frills, no tea/coffee making in room, no second pillow per person, towels a bit thin (getting picky now!). Breakfast quality good, coffee and breads excellent, but limited range (two jams, two cereals, no boiled or scrambled eggs available) - expensive at euros16 per person.

Bon séjour grâce à l’accueil, mais petit-déjeuner en dessous des attentes.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, souriant et professionnel. Séjour globalement agréable et établissement bien tenu.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est décevant par rapport au prix (15 €) et aux photos. Le choix est limité (pas d’œufs), le pain et les viennoiseries sont peu qualitatifs, et le café est un simple café filtre sans machine type expresso. L’offre ne correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé.
