Pros:

4番と5番のトラムが止まる駅が目の前にあり、ヘルシンキ中央駅から一本でアクセスできてとても便利でした。
ウスペンスキー大聖堂、港、マーケットが徒歩圏内で観光にもとても便利でした。
キッチン用品、大きな冷蔵庫、洗濯機、アイロンなども揃っていて滞在中困ることはほとんどありませんでした。

Pas de personnel sur place 😕

L’emplacement, la propreté, les équipements, le café 😋 la taille de la chambre géante

Cons:

Pas de personnel sur place, on a des réponses assez rapidement par WhatsApp (si tant est qu’on est internet) néanmoins mais ça n’a pas suffi à remplacer le service direct, dans notre cas en tout cas. On choisit des hôtels plutôt que des Airbnb précisément pour avoir des gens à qui s’adresser et là ça ne faisait aucune différence.
Les chambres sont bien insonorisées les unes des autres mais il y a un bruit de soufflerie assez important dans la chambre (le chauffage?) et le personnel a refusé de l’arrêter ce qui était très gênant pour dormir. Dommage.

Very nice facilities, great location, clean, good value.
Pros:

The location was great. We had a tram stop right in front. There was a market in the building plus several restaurants. We particularly liked the washing machine.

Cons:

There were no instructions for the appliances. We had never used a Siemens cooktop before so we couldn’t work it at first. The clock was wrong; we didn’t know how to reset it. No instuctions for the washing machine although it was fairly easy to use. People who weren’t staying there and had no code couldn’t get in the building for other services - roof-top restaurant, beauty salon, etc.

Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten. Gute, abgestimmte Einrichtung. Zugang problemlos dank guter Instruktionen. Mitarbeiter waren wirklich rund um die Uhr erreichbar und antworteten sehr schnell.

Cons:

Es wäre gut, wenn es für alle Geräte Bedienungsanleitungen gäbe.

Spacious, clean and central to ferries and walkable to the city also. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

It was so central for us and easy to find for us, as we arrived by ferry from Stockholm and departed by ferry to Tallinn. The best accommodation we have had on our trip around Europe so far. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit direkter ÖV-Anbindung – man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei allen Highlights der Stadt. Der Gastgeber war stets super über WhatsApp und Booking erreichbar, was das Check-in und Check-out sehr einfach gemacht hat. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist auch der kleine 24/7-Laden im selben Gebäude, in dem man rund um die Uhr alles Wichtige einkaufen kann.

Cons:

Die Bedienung des Lifts war extrem rätselhaft, wir haben bis zum Schluss nicht herausgefunden, wie er funktioniert. Zudem hatten wir leider Pech mit dem Timing: An zwei Nächten wurde in kürzeren Abständen der Strom abgestellt, sodass wir kein Licht und kein Netflix hatten. Dazu kam ein Kühltransporter (vom Laden), der die ganze Nacht vor unserem Fenster surrte.
