Bell’appartamento in un quartiere affascinante
Pros:

L’appartamento è dotato di molti comfort, a partire dall’angolo cucina e il frigo (funzionale specie per chi soggiorna per più giorni).
I collegamenti con il centro sono ottimi, la fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all’ingresso del palazzo. Anche se la struttura è interamente automatizzata, quando c’era bisogno di contattare “Bob” le risposte via messaggio erano rapidissime.
Il servizio extra per noleggiare la fotocamera Instax è una vera chicca!

Wir können es nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Appartement selbst hatte ein sehr gutes Design. Genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Leider war das Zimmer am ersten Tag kaum gereinigt. Wir haben es reklamiert und auch dann wurden nur die Punkte verbessert, die wir genau angegeben hatten. Das Zimmer war außerdem sehr laut. Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat und ständig beliefert wird. Jeden Tag um 4:30 Uhr war für uns die Nacht zu Ende.
Es gibt keinen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Bei Fragen oder Problemen muss man eine Hotline kontaktieren oder WhatsApp schreiben. Dadurch haben wir mehrfach unterschiedliche Aussagen bekommen.
Auch hatte das Zimmer einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, der weder mit Lüften noch mit Duftmitteln zu verbessern war.
Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war nicht möglich.

Pros:

Good location with easy keyless check-in process.

Cons:

The information about these facilities had parking in it. However it does not have parking and i had to park two blocka away for 24€/day.

Tilava ja tyylikäs perhehuoneisto tarjosi mukavan lomailun.
Pros:

Vauva-matkustaja oli huomioitu hyvin. Huoneessa oli hänelle oma, puhdas sänky ja laadukas syöttötuoli. Muutenkin kaikki sängyt ja vuodevaatteet olivat hyvät. Alakerran 24/7 auki oleva kauppa oli kiva yllätys; monipuolinen valikoima reissuevästä myös vauvalle. Keskusta oli mukavan kävelymatkan päässä ja ratikkakin meni ihan toiselta puolelta katua.

Cons:

Astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän. Pikkulusikoita oli vain 3 ja viinilaseja 2. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla tervetulo-/ohjekansio, jossa kootusti käyttöohjeet astianpesukoneeseen ja kuivaavaan pyykkikoneeseen. Suihkun viemäri veti huonosti.

Would only stay at bobs in the the future.
Pros:

Amazing location and the ease of access is great. Loved that there is a shop in the building. The gym membership was really nice.

Cons:

The vent in the kitchen barely worked so we couldn't really cook that much without risking setting the smoke alarm off. The pans were really bad scratched non-stick pans.

Pros:

The apartment was very modern and clean

Cons:

The AC floored at 21 °C which was too warm, it would have been more comfortable to be able to turn it down a couple of degrees.

Modern social-media-standard-style place in great location and some nice ideas.
Pros:

One of the better places of our tour. Many nice ideas + professionally texted humour, sometimes over the top, but in general a good sign. Rather insta-standardized/unpersonal in the end, thereby. Good value for money in our case.

The location is good for the city (walking distance or tram stop at the door) as well as Viking ferry to Tallinn, a supermarket is around the corner in a nice quarter with some Art Nouveauish touch.
Entrance not obvious, thus better read the description.

Cons:

On the one hand trying to play the hip ecolo-card, on the other hand an astonishing SUV-size of place - is that really a fit?

Ausstattung und Lage sind super

Cons:

Leider sehr hellhörig bzw hatte ich anscheinend Pech mit dem Nachbarszimmer. Die Person nebenan war bis nach Mitternacht laut und ab 4.00 früh und trotz Ohropax hörbar (werde nie verstehen warum man eine Stunde lang im Zimmer laut rumstapfen muss und Kästen auf und zuschlagt)
