It was ok but expected better
Pros:

The stay was satisfactory, but the bathroom was not clean, and the shampoo and body wash dispenser were broken. Additionally, hot water required multiple requests, and even then, it was not adequately hot.

International cards not accepted.

Cons:

International cards did not worked. It was suggested to me by the manager that the problem was with my cards and that I should have cash with me.

Unaceptable and unpolite.

I asked this manager to go to a ATM with me, were the cards worked perfectly. The problem was the Hotel internet.

Notice that credit card cash withraws are extremelly expensive. I paid an extra 5% cost on this stay (4 rooms, 7 people).
