Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at UTOPIC Campos Eliseos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and happy to help. The room was also spotless, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is near restaurants and other hotels yet in a relatively quiet part of town that feels calm and relaxed. The breakfast was perfect for us. It was not a big buffet like you might find at a large hotel, but it included everything you need to start the day well. If you are looking for a place that combines boutique charm, comfort, and location, this is the perfect place for you.

Kleines feines Boutique Hotel inmitten der großen Hotels
Pros:

Alles. Die Architektur des Hauses, die Moderne und schöne Einrichtung, die schöne Terrasse, die wir an unserem Zimmer hatten sowie die gesamte Außenanlage.
Das Personal war herausragend nett, ganz besonders die beiden Pförtner und Security-Männer
Für uns war alles perfekt

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καθαρό κατάλυμα, παλιό αρχοντικό που μετατράπηκε σε ξενοδοχείο..

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο και όταν ζητήσαμε κάποιο θερμαντικό σώμα μας έδωσαν ένα μικρό αερόθερμο το οποίο δεν καλύπτει τον χώρο κάνοντας μόνο θόρυβο..

Highly recommended!
Pros:

We come to Mexico City regularly and have stayed at a variety of places in the past but UTOPIC really stands out.

We usually prefer hotels over Airbnb’s or apartments because of the amenities and quality but traveling with a 2 year old the comforts of an apartment sometimes outweigh the drawbacks. However, UTOPIC combines the best of both worlds.

The location is excellent. The hotel is well designed and modern. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. The room comfortably fit a travel bad for our toddler and the provided kitchen helped us prepare snacks and milk whenever needed.

Above all, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. From the security guard outside to the reception staff, everyone we met was always trying to help and find solutions for us.

UTOPIC has everything you need to make your stay in Mexico City as comfortable as possible.

No recomiendo, un robo por el precio

La ubicación es lo único que diría que me ha gustado de este hotel.

Cons:

¡Muchas cosas ! Primero de fotos a realidad hay mucha diferencia. En las fotos de booking parece un boutique hotel y al llegar parece una habitación de un Airbnb barato.
Pasamos mucho frío por la noche y no teníamos ningún calefactor y ninguna manera para pedir uno ya que hemos llegado a las 22. No había nadie en la recepción ya.
La otra decepción ha sido el desayuno, tres cosas y todas en poca cantidad y muy mal aspecto, viajamos mucho y hace mucho no vimos un desayuno así.
Me pareció un auténtico robo el precio que hemos pagado por lo que es . No entiendo cómo puede tener puntuación en booking tan alta.

Never stayed because it was a building site
Pros:

Absolutely. Ridiculous. There was construction everywhere. The noise was unbearable and they should be renting those rooms under these conditions and the top of it. I had to pay $350 to cancel their liars and it should definitely give money back.

I had to find another Place, which was the easiest on Friday night, so I sat outside with my husband and six bags for six hours on the side of the road to try and find a place

El staff es muy servicial y atento. La ubicación es excelente y cerca de parques para caminar y comer en alguno de los restaurantes ubicados en los alrededores. Aceras amplias para caminar cómodamente.

Cons:

La mala educación de varios huéspedes, que entran a horas en donde la mayoría está durmiendo...y entran hablando recio, gritando e incluso en una madrugada estuvieron tocando las teclas del piano que està en recepción. Eso deja mucho que desear de parte de los huèspedes....
