Great location!
Pros:

We loved the decor and location of the place. It was centrally located to the beaches and restaurants. The property was welcoming and very comfortable. The staff were friendly am very helpful. We look forward to returning for another vacation there.

Pros:

Perfect location. Nice property overlooking a canal, supplied with all needed for a short stay. It was not very busy while we stayed there, therefore we enjoyed the ambiance. Although the construction site on the opposite side of the canal can be very loud and disturbing.

Cons:

There is absolutely nowhere to hang towels, wet bathing suits, or beach blankets.
The area in front of our entrance door was cluttered a few times with some furniture, some tables , buckets… etc, reminded me an old storage room.

Sehr gut geeignet für Besuch von Fort Lauderdale. Eigenes Auto wird nicht benötigt.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Las Olas Boulevard, Fußläufig zum Zentrum und in die andere Richtung zum Beach. Uber auch keinerlei Problem.

Cons:

Anreise war nicht ganz einfach, niemand war vor Ort. Unbedingt Mobiltelefon mit eingeschaltetem sms-Empfang dabei haben, da dorthin der Code für die Eingangstür geschickt wird.

Pros:

Excellent location, nice quiet neighbourhood but so close to all the restaurants and shops on Las Olas Boulevard. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay. We especially loved the private balcony which had very comfortable furniture overlooking the canal. We would definitely return if we ever visit Fort Lauderdale again.
