Pros:

Ontbijt was goed met ruime keuze

Cons:

This is a typical example of the cold/businesslike hotel business of the future, where everything is unpersonal and everything has to be or can be bought from a vending machine even a wift of parfum not the bottle, just one puff. Not my cup of tea as I travel a lot and you want to interact with the one commodity that makes a hotel lively, its personnel

Pros:

Goede locatie, vlakbij het station.
Het in- en uitchecken verliep vlot. Personeelslid kwam na minder dan 5 minuten nadat we gebeld hadden.

Cons:

De wastafel in de kamer naast het bed is niet handig.
In de douche ontbrak een haakje om je handdoek op te hangen.

Ubicación y instalaciones.

Cons:

No había gel de ducha y tuvimos que pedir. Para pedir, he bajado a recepción porque no hay teléfono y tardé en encontrar a alguien disponible. Tuve que tocar el timbre desde fuera del establecimiento.

Good stay, would consider staying again

Jederzeit, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Alles sehr gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit, das gebuchte Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig und einladend, die Lage perfekt: der Hauptbahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen und genauso das Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Die rosa Beleuchtung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber überhaupt nicht störend.

Onpersoonlijk in- en uitchecken
Pros:

Mooie kamer en heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

De zuil waar je moest in- en uitchecken.
Heel onpersoonlijk.
We wilde onze koffer bij het inchecken alvast in de luggage room plaatsen omdat we voor de inchecktijd arriveerde, maar moesten hier eerst iemand voor bellen en bij het ophalen weer.
Bij het uitchecken wilde we ook onze koffer die dag nog in het hotel laten staan, en toen moesten we weer bellen en was er na 15minuten wachten nog niemand gekomen, waardoor ik nogmaals gebeld heb ( zelfde meisje dat opnam gaf haar collega de schuld, die het waarschijnlijk was "vergeten") en natuurlijk weer toen we onze koffer kwamen ophalen.
Alles bij alles duurde dit toch allemaal best lang.
Tijdens het wachten zagen we ook andere mensen struggelen met de zuil.
