Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent staff service.
Pros:

The hotel location is very convenient, especially due to the nearby Asian restaurants and the monorail station. The staff is very cooperative and honest. I would especially like to give a shout-out to Miss Amesha (hotel receptionist) for her honesty. During my check-in, I accidentally left my wallet at the reception, which contained my IDs, bank cards, and foreign currency. Miss Amesha safely kept my wallet and returned it to me.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from nearby transportation. I believe this was because I chose a front-facing room, so it’s understandable. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly it’s not the Ritz but it’s good value especially in KL. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The room was a little dark and there are steps to access the lift.
