Pros:

The staff are very friendly it’s not the Ritz but it’s good value especially in KL. I would definitely stay again.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at East Riverine Boutique Hotel. The hotel has a unique Sarawak cultural theme that makes the place feel special and cozy. The lounge area is beautifully designed and very comfortable to relax in.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions and food places.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again.

Pros:

Staffs here made a huge different. They're super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The building facade's design may not attractive, apart from the lobby, the shared space on the 1st floor is decent. Room is nice and clean.
