Pros:

The apartment is nice and modern. We enjoyed the hotel pool. The hotel was kid-friendly and there were many other families with small children. The location is convenient, close to U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn. It is also outside of the low-emission zone, so you can get there by car even if you don't have the green sticker.

Cons:

The kitchen was small but usable, however there was no salt or oil: you'll either have to bring your own, or buy them.

Lovely room with great kitchen
Everything was clean
Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bar/restaurant service was not great. The restaurant closes at 9pm which is very early and not readily advertised.
The pool is very small.

Pros:

The lobby and the cafe and dining areas were absolutely beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had everything we needed and the loft provided privacy for my travel buddy.

Cons:

The hallways were a little shabby and dark.

Amazing hotel with amazing breakfast

AMAZING BREAKFAST
Nice and clean rooms, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.

Pros:

Metro station is just couple of mins from the hotel. The kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine with drying function is very helpful for us as we travelled for a month. The room was clean. The staff was very responsive towards our questions

Struttura molto bella e curata nei dettagli, camere dotate di tutto il necessario, confortevoli e spaziose, gradevoli anche per soggiorni prolungati.
Biancheria di qualità, letto comodo, guanciali migliorabili.
Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Molto valido anche il servizio ristorante.
Struttura ben insonorizzata.
Belli anche gli ambienti comuni, non ho usufruito nè di piscina nè di palestra.
La colazione è a buffet con moltissime preparazioni fatte al momento, in puro stile bavarese. Ampia disponibilità di panificati, salumi, bevande, frutta e verdura.
Facile e veloce il self checkin e checkout.
Rapporto prezzo/qualità corretto anche in periodi di alta stagione o fiere.

Cons:

aria condizionata decisamente troppo rumorosa (anche al minimo) e coperta imbottita anche se in piena estate, non sostituibile con altro

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss. Direkt bei Eingang hatte es einen Abwasserfallstrang, dieser war nicht isoliert, somit hörten wir jedes Spülen von Zimmern darüber.

Extrem enttäuschend.

Leider gar nichts

Cons:

Extrem abgelebtes Hotel mit dem Charme eines 60er Jahre Bürogebäudes. Es war stickig und heiß im gesamten Hotelkpmplex, Klimaanlage schien bei den hohen Temperaturen komplett überfordert zu sein. Wände, Aufzüge, Interior wirkten durchgängig schäbig und verlebt.

Das Zimmer war stickig heiß (7. Stock). Klimaanlage funktionierte nur wenn die Karte eingesteckt war, was bei einer komplett verglasten Fensterfront und 33 Grad ein Witz ist. Es roch muffig im ganzen Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank stank dermaßen dass man ihn besser nicht öffnete. Die Matratzen waren extrem weich, komplett durchgelegen.

Die Dachterrasse war genauso lieblos. Zwar hatte man eine tolle Sicht, das Ambiente war jedoch sehr trostlos.

Parkhaus ist extern.

Das Ganze war so enttäuschend dass wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen haben und ins Motel One umgezogen sind.

Für das Geld eine extreme Enttäuschung und ein miserabler Standard.

Nie wieder.
