Schönes Hotel mit tollen Suiten für die Selbstversorgung – entspannt Urlaub machen. entspannt

Ich fand, das war ein gut ausgestattete Hotel mit einem frischen, modernen Industrie Design
Eine gemütliche Bar, ein schöner Pool mit chilligen Liegen
Insgesamt ein sehr freundliches Personal und eine entspannte Atmosphäre

Cons:

Die Teppiche in dem Flur sind schon ein wenig abgenutzt. Ansonsten ist aber das Interieur in Ordnung.

Pros:

床很好睡軟硬適中，房間內有洗烘衣機、洗碗機，有配備燙衣板跟熨斗，房間很漂亮有大片落地窗，飯店人員都很nice，有免費桑拿，地下一樓有投影轉播世足賽。

Cons:

房間很小只夠攤開一個行李箱另一個行李箱不管怎麼放都會擋到唯一可以走動的過道。距離siemenswerk 站還有10分鐘左右的路程不算太近。游泳池很小比較適合小朋友泡水，炒鍋上都有嚴重的刮痕，房間角落還有蜘蛛絲，煮飯的地方很小很擠。

Ex-Siemens-8-Geschosser (31m) mit 7m-Außenpool (9-21 Uhr), Trockensauna und Dachterrasse (16-22 Uhr)

Ungewöhnliches Lifestyle-Konzept (seit Juli 2022) mit 360 Zimmern in früherem Bürogebäude in südl. Suburbs (seit Juli 2022)
LAGE / CHECK-IN
An U3-Trasse nach Fürstenried zwischen Stationen Obersendling und Aidenbachstraße. Umgeben von Nachkriegsarchitektur. 6 km südlich des Hbf. Bis zum zentralen Marienplatz sind es zu Fuß mindestens 70 Minuten. MVG-Buslinie 53 rollt direkt vor dem Gebäude. S-Bahn-Station Siemenswerke 800 m entfernt. Lidl-Markt nach 600 m erreichbar.
Gebucht wurde 20qm City-Studio für Juninacht zum Aktionspreis (9 €) ohne Frühstück. Im Handling konnte das Haus mit redlicher Vertragstreue überzeugen. Trotz vorab durchgeführten Online-Check-In werden Gäste an Rezeption von Scan-Automat überrascht, wo Perso abgelichtet werden soll – sonst gibt es keine Zimmerkarte – datenschutzrechtlich sehr fragwürdig und auch übergriffig. Die fremdsprachige Mitarbeiterin am Tresen forderte dann auch noch Vorauthorisierung der Kreditkarte (1 €) vom Gast, obwohl die Zimmerrate bereits vorab vollständig bezahlt wurde. Tendenziell zu befürchten, dass Check-In sogar ggf. verweigert wird, wenn man verwendete CC nicht griffbereit dabei hat. Hierauf wurde im Vorfeld der Buchung bzw. per Mail in keiner Weise hingewiesen. In Summe wird man als Gast eher wie ein Risiko behandelt. Die Rezeption liegt im Untergeschoss zwischen Bar- und kostenfreier Co-Working-Zone.
Klobiger, 100m langer Gebäuderiegel in schwarz-depressiver Mono-Optik. Zum Teil lange Wartezeiten trotz 3x Lift – dieser verkehrt ohne Keycard – es kann also jeder Straßenpassant direkt bis auf Zimmeretagen gelangen. Durch Dachgeschoss-Bar auch viele auswärtige Gäste im Gebäude.

ZIMMER 212
Westblick zur Straße. Große Fensterfront (2,50x2,80m). Zimmer zur ruhigen Hofseite nach Osten sind tendenziell größer (teilweise Maisonette).
Das Queensize-Bett befindet sich auf einem 40cm hohen Podest. Die zwei Stufen aufwärts sind darunter als Schubladenfächer doppelt genutzt.

Cons:

Keinerlei Getränke für die Gäste auf dem Zimmer – nicht einmal ein 0,33l Mineralwasser. Kühlschrank war leer. In der Lobby gibts Cola-und Fanta-Dosen für 3,50 € aus dem Automaten.
1,20m breite Küchenzeile mit 2x Cerankochfeldern.
Das Kernzimmer war nur 3,60x3,35 m groß. Zimmerhöhe mit 3,35 m angenehm (in der WC-Box nur noch 2,05 m hoch)
Samsung-Wand-TV (42'') war komplett auf Englisch voreingestellt. WLAN-Passwort (Speedtest: 214 Mbit/s) muss im TV-Menü herausgesucht werden.
Zimmerkarten nach 11 Uhr bereits deaktiviert. Spätabreise bis 13 Uhr wird mit 30 € extra berechnet.
DIE NO-GOS IM ZIMMER: (gemessen am Normalpreis)
(1) Eher Unbequeme 1,50m-Betten (unhygienisch ohne Matratzenschoner - 20cm-Matratze hatte Flecken, kein Lattenrost, kein Boxspring)
(2) Küchenausstattung (viel zu kleine 20cm Flachteller, kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, keine Küchenrollen)
(3) Silikonfugen im Duschabteil z. T. bereits schwarz, Abflüsse nicht wirklich sauber
(4) Zu kurze Trennwand in der Dusche – tendenziell flutet man die Fliesen
(5) Schummrige Leuchtkörper im Zimmer (Schalterzuordnungen nicht beschriftet – großes Durchprobieren)
(6) Nur 1x Kissen pro Gast
(7) In Duschabteil war in Conditioner-Flasche Flüssigseife drin (Falsche Nachbefüllung)
(8) Handtuchheizkörper in Duschkabine montiert, die Metallstangen werden dort quasi immer mitgeduscht

FRÜHSTÜCK
6:30-10:30 Uhr (am Weekend jeweils 30 Minuten später). Extrakosten von 20 € pro Person. Buffet wirkte ärmlich und sparsam angesichts der Hotelgröße. Wurde nach Sichtung dann nicht hinzugebucht. Es gibt lokale Bäckereien in den umliegenden Straßen.

SAUNA und POOL
Yogazimmer (Mo, Mi, Fr 18:30 Uhr Kursangebot für 20 €), kleines Gym mit Hanteln (24/7) und kleine gemischte Trockensauna (9-13 und 17-21 Uhr) mit bereitliegenden Handtüchern und eigener Dusche sind im Untergeschoss hinter der Lobby ohne Keycard betretbar.

Takterassen var fantastisk, barnen gillade poolen, vi gillade alla rummet, det var väldigt välutrustat!

Cons:

Det var synd att det inte gick att åka U-bahn till hotellet när den linjen som normalt går dit hade ersättningsbuss in till centrala Munchen. Det gjorde det svårare och kändes längre att ta sig till centrum.

Great accommodation, restaurant and roof terrace
Pros:

We loved the fact our loft apartment had a spacious shower room, little kitchen with a kettle, toaster and fridge and little freezer at the top and a TV. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was efficient.
The outdoor pool albeit a bit small, is great for children and a good place to cool down.
The roof terrace was great. The staff were friendly and the food and drink was good.

Cons:

There was nothing that wouldn’t stop us from booking again but there was only one saucepan to cook with which made cooking difficult and time consuming so having a frying pan would have been super helpful.
We had no daily cleaning, it wasn’t an option on booking.com but we didn’t let that get us down. Reception were happy to swap towels and give us clean towels and extra bin bags.
