Sehr gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit mit kleinen umgehbaren Mängeln
Pros:

Preis/-Leistung. Freundliches legeres Personal. Gut gemischtes Publikum. Gute Schalldämmung. Ruhige Lage. Gute S-Bahn und U- Bahnanbindung.

Cons:

Das in meinen Augen zu teure Frühstück. 120 Euro für 2 Erwachsene und eine 17-jährige für 2 Tage sind für eine Familie, die auch sonst noch am Tag essen sollte, einfach zu viel. Der Essensautomat ist auch viel zu teuer. Eine Tafel Ritter-Sport für 4,50 Euro ?!?. Der zu hohe Parkplatzpreis mit 25, 00 Euro am Tag lohnt nicht.

Die Lage

Cons:

Man kommt sich vor wie in den USA. Alles veramerikanisiert. Telefonkontakt unmöglich, Frühstück viel zu teuer, sehr stickige Luft in den Gängen, Küchenzeile sehr mangelhaft (anstatt Tassen u.s.w. gibt es eine Waschmaschine). Armaturen sehr schwergängig. Dusche unpraktisch.Wir hatten einen Sterbefall und konnten erst am 28.05. anreisen. Dies versuchten wir rechtzeitig mitzuteilen. Hat es geklappt? Müssen wir dennoch 3 Nächte zahlen?

Das Zimmer 001. Habe promt ein neues im 6. Stock 613 bekommen . Größer mit Sofa und traum Aussicht und Sonnenuntergang mit Stadtkolisse vom Bett aus.

Great, excellent service!!
Pros:

More than anything I need to say that the customer Service Reps were the ones that made my stay in Munich worthy the trip. They were very professional, friendly and courteous, ( the gentleman that ck me in, the one that did my ck out and the young lady that worked the second shift on Friday) they were absolutely excellent, please, please excuse me for I’m very bad with names. Big Thank You!’
