Excellent séjour
Pros:

Personnel et direction absolument charmants et à l écoute. Localisation au top.

Cons:

Notre chambre n°25 donnant sur la rue et face à la salle du petit déjeuner était un peu bruyante. La direction nous a proposé de changer pour nous satisfaire. Mais il est évident que ce soit le cas pour tous les hôtels de plein centre-ville. On ne peut pas tout avoir !

Céntrico y amable!
Pros:

El trato excelenge del amable personal que trabaja en el hotel; conserjes, personal de limpieza, encargadas del desayuno... gracias!

Cons:

Faltaba un sillón obdos en la habitación. Lo de tener que subir a una segunda planta ya lo sabiamos; es un dato a tener en cuenta quien tenga dificultades, pero el hotel lo hace saber desde un principio.

Beautiful location.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Confortable. Location was excellent. City History Central. Beautiful restaurants and plenty things to do around.

Cons:

No lift. If you bring luggage be aware that there are 50 steps to go up. The hotel is 3rd level and No lift.

Personal muy amable y buena ubicación.
Pros:

El trato del personal de recepción es para destacar. En particular agradecer a Jessica que me orientó y aconsejo sobre sitios para ver. El Desayuno está bien. No es muy variado pero suficiente, típico desayuno continental.

Cons:

El remonte de olor de las tuberías en el baño.. Eso creo que es habitual en el casco viejo de Florencia..
El edificio no tiene ascensor y el hotel esté en la planta 2, aun si las escaleras tienen buen tamaño.

À choisir sans hésitation pour des visites tout à pied dans le centre de Florence

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre historique de Florence. Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse au calme. Petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel aimable et à l’écoute.

Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο

Cons:

Πολλές σκάλες, ελάχιστες παροχές, το στρώμα ήταν πολύ σκληρό, δεν είχε κουβέρτες, αλλά ελαφριά σκεπάσματα, 2 μόνο μαξιλάρια , τηλεόραση χωρίς πρόσβαση στα περισσότερα κανάλια, πολύ μικρές συσκευασίες για να πλυθούμε!

Pros:

Personnel souriant, serviable et agréable. Situation géographique parfaite par rapport au centre historique et à la gare. Il y a 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur mais c’était bien inscrit donc pas de pb
