Pros:

The room size was great! I liked the complimentary breakfast and the location was very central.

Cons:

There was no elevator and the stairs leading up to the hotel we're not in good condition. It was dark at nights until you realized there was a light to turn on. There should be automatic lighting to help visitors feel safe.

Maravilhoso!!
Pros:

Apesar das escadas serem cansativas, compensa o resto!! Localização, limpeza, preços nos produtos do frigobar!!

Cons:

Só mesmo as escadas embora fui avisada várias vezes sobre elas!!! O problema maior é subir com as malas mas o resto compensa tudo!!

Florencia: ciudad que enamora
Pros:

El hotel está muy céntrico, cerca de todos los monumentos importantes que visitar de Florencia y cerca de la estación de Tren. Habitación familiar muy confortable para 4 personas. Desayuno completo. Personal muy amable. Te cuidan las maletas aunque ya haya finalizado tu estancia si vas a seguir en la ciudad.

Cons:

El único inconveniente que le veo, es que al ser un edificio céntrico y antiguo no tiene ascensor y el hotel está ubicado en la segunda planta del edificio, hay que subir escaleras con el equipaje.

Pros:

Lokalita super, blizko od duomo - peso asi 5 min, 10 min od stanice, 2 min od san lorenzo kde sme vecer zazili perfektny koncert nejakej domacej kapely; a asi 7 min od mercato centrale kde sme sa vyborne naobedovali. Hotel je na 2. poschodi ale vedeli sme o tom, takze bez problemov, kupelna a zariadenie nove, vsetko fungovalo.

Cons:

S ranajkami sme neboli spokojni - kava nie dobra, ziadne vajicka ani zelenina... sladky vyber celkom OK - croissanty, babovka a nejake kolaciky, salamy boli asi 3 druhy, ale ako vegetariani sme si mohli dat zo slaneho vyberu akurat toast s maslom a syrom
