Pros:

We stayed in the Premier King room and it was very comfortable, with a sitting area, dining area and small kitchenette. Also came with lounge access and the view from the lounge was great. The hotel also prepared birthday balloons and a small cake for the occasion, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Enjoyable and wonderful stay overall for my boyfriend and I!
Pros:

Staff were accommodating and kind, location was convenient and hotel room was well-maintained and comfy. Thank you for assisting with arranging for a late check-out and for safekeeping my earrings that I accidentally left behind in the hotel room for my retrieval.

Cons:

The chair in the room could be bigger or there could have been 2 chairs since there were 2 occupants. Pillows were a tad too soft though bed was overall comfy. The quality of the breakfast buffet could be better too for the price point of the accommodation.

Exceptional location and hospitality at St Giles
Pros:

Had an amazing stay here! Check-in to the hotel was really professional and smooth, and the staff were really warm and welcoming.
Breakfast was fairly good with a large spread. Star of the show was the omelettes - fast, fresh and really delicious (to note: it closes around 20–30 mins before breakfast ends). Our room was clean, comfortable, and refreshing, with housekeeping being highly efficient whenever requested.
The location inside a mall is incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. We also felt exceptionally safe during our stay; the security team is highly vigilant. For instance, when a confused gentleman almost cut our check-in line, a guard immediately and politely intervened to maintain order.
Lastly, we were very appreciative of the fast lifts! We never waited more than 10 seconds. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

We upgraded to Family Room with the intention of having more space and comfort. Regret the top up.
Pros:

Conveniently located within Midvalley Southkey Mall.

Cons:

It’s run down. Carpet has a musky smell that lingered in the room. Towels were definitely not white anymore, dingy. Wallpaper in the room were dusty and had many air pockets. Bed headboard is upholstered with fabric and it’s so dusty, had visible dust collected at the corners. Bedding appeared discoloured sans white. Toilet seats stained. Dirty glass shower screens. Curtains were dusty as well.
