Pros:

The breakfast at St Giles is excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The ambience is comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are quite expensive with an extra bed. It would be good to have an option of a double queen-size room for family members.

Pros:

The convenience to the mall and the comfortable and clean room. The gym was also quite well equipped and clean. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and smooth

Cons:

The windows were quite dirty and the room had a smell when I entered. Because the handle of the door cannot be turned down, when people enter or come out of the room, the banging sounds were quite disturbing

Definitely my go to when I stay in JB! Would recommend it for families!
Pros:

Love the location! My 3rd time staying here, my go to when I go to JB! Spacious rooms, customer oriented staffs at front desk and concierge

Cons:

Beds, pillows and quilts can be better quality. Also towels were abit worn out, wish late check out can be more generous than 30mins

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Love how convenient the hotel is! Linked to the mall! Near to KSL mall. Convenient to get to anywhere via grab! The room was big for my family of 4!

Cons:

Erm... for premier room, could have given us thrash bags....

cozy and clean environment with very efficient staffs

I requested non corner room but upon check in, we're given a corner room. I believed it's the room that I have booked was located at the corner, other than that everything is fine.

The rooms everything is run down and pillows smells , the quantity of pillow is poor and the toilet is also very old and run down.
