Terrible service!
Pros:

Convenient access to mall.

Cons:

Bedsheet have stains, comforter have stains. Called for housekeeping and the staff gave an extremely unhappy face throughout.

Staffs are unhelpful. Only the security guard is helpful. I have heart failure and asked whether I can check in or not, as I have arrived early, they insisted that can only check in at 3pm. Im really not feeling well. And yet they dont help and I got to find a place to rest. On top of that, when I was sleeping the cleaner press the bell and said he needs to clean the room, and can I leave the room now! I never experience such thing before. I will never stay at St. Giles for the rest of my life. The breakfast buffet sucks the fried rice looks like they fried it yesterday and heat it up for tomorrow.

Bad aircon, bad service on technical assistance. Basic in hotel industry, aircon must be tiptop.
Pros:

Easy access to mall. Easy to call grabfood and grab taxi due to location.

Cons:

Technician that attended our call about aircon not cold and fridge not cold just gave us an answer that "Ouh this is normal" in Malay.
It is clearly the aircon especially, not cold.
Thermostat showing 10'c and i am sweating with my wife and 2yr old at night.
Fyi, i am working on Chiller systems, 10'c on chiller system ACMV is actually at least 2'c on actual temperature gun reading. So either your thermostat is faulty or your actuator valve is not opening. Yes, i know what im talking about.

Also, bed is very very very firm. First time having a hotel bed this firm. So uncomfortable.

Wonderful location but a little dated already.
Pros:

Location was excellent. And being connected to Mid Valley Megamall made it easy to access food and other resources.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely showing its age. With wear and tear obvious in both the rooms and along rhe corridor. I was staying in room 1422 and directly opposite me, the laminates of the other rooms were torn down. The toilet cistern in my room was also disconnected and unable to fill up after flushing, and was rectified only after I called for maintenance.

I hope the upcoming refurbishment would help breathe new life to the hotel.

Great location, nice infinity pool and gym. Price bit steep but ok for the convenience

The rooms where fine and spacious. However it was very dusty. Curtains and carpet were not thoroughly clean
