Forget about this hotel. Choose a branded one with same price.

Cons:

Basic hotel not 4 stars at all. Towel like 2 star hotel. Receptionist is cold, the chinese lady.
No bellboy or guard waiting to take luggage.
Basic room, poor interior design. Toilet shower like 2 star hotels.

Check in staff Jay was great.

Cons:

During check in breakfast timing and location not informed . If room was properly inspected.
Headboard had a dirty stain. We had connecting set and both rooms air con was not working. Engineer who came to fix suggested a room move. We were too tired to do that.
Would be great if room were properly IP before you release.

Cons:

The location of this hotel is very good and very convenient. It’s close to many attractions, shops and food options, which made getting around very easy for us. That was definitely the best part of our stay.
However, the room experience was not as good as expected. We could hear very loud water sounds from the ceiling, especially at night. It was quite puzzling and a bit disturbing, as we weren’t sure where the noise was coming from. It affected our rest and overall comfort.
The breakfast spread was also not very impressive. The selection was quite limited and the variety could be improved.
Overall, the location is a big plus, but the room condition, noise issue, and breakfast quality need improvement.
