Pros:

None.

Cons:

I hv been to many cities and this is the only hotel needs to collect room key at separate counter without early check-in. Never ever in my life cannot get a room key after 3pm the official check-in time.

Convenient and great location!
Pros:

Location is perfect except that exiting the property traffic can be bad. However you can just spend your day in the shopping mall attached to it which is the main draw for me to stay there.

Breakfast is crowded but decent. Rooms are decent size and I was suprised to get a connecting room upon requesting which was a bonus for us! Facilities and amenities are all decent and acceptable.

Cons:

Cleaniless - Toilet bowl had fresh stain - which is totally unacceptable however they did respond quickly upon us calling them to come and clean it again. Bathroom is a tad tight of space as well.

Sound proof not great - can hear other guest voices when they walk past our rooms.
