Location. Above a really big mall and relatively nice hotel.
Dirty ground floor toilet.
Crowded lifts and lobby
Stayed in 2 different rooms this time due to activity bookings. The bed we stayed on the 16 floor was very soft causing us to have poor quality sleep. 2 other nights in the other room had good bed. So inconsistency.

Location is great. Room is huge for the price. I enjoyed the nook by the window.
Breakfast could have been better, most of the items were tough / cold when we visited, like the dimsum, especially the fried items. The fresh egg station is good but a signage could have been helpful for ordering.

The place was just next to the huge mall, which is the added bonus. We only stayed a night so didn't fully appreciate all the facilities available. Staff were friendly and approachable, spoke well English and very polite.
Maybe it's my own expectation of a breakfast buffet, lack of live cooking station (only seen the eggs cooking station), dishes was very limited. Was expecting maybe mee rebus or lontong but there was nasi lemak only with ikan bilis (which was a bit salty) and selection of tea bags was limited and didn't have creamer available (maybe I missed it). Overall, not the best breakfast buffet I've experienced but can still fill up my tummy for the morning.
