El apartamento en sí está bien pero el horario de la piscina deja demasiado de desear. La piscina cierra a las 17:45 y a esa hora empieza el socorrista a echarte y cierra las puertas con llave. Esto en pleno verano, mes de agosto y fiestas del cotillo no debería de pasar

Magnifique hotel juste dommage qu’il n’y a pas de kids club pour les enfants et de service restauration. Sinon rien a dire sur l’hotel. Transat individualisé hotel magnifique a 3 min de la mer juste parfait pour se reposer. Coup de coeur pour l’hôtel

We arrived on a Saturday booked 4 nights got a great price for the quality of the accommodation
Staff were really helpful and friendly stayed till late with a late check out at a good rate .. cannot fault this place for its facilities and hospitality thank you for a fabulous stay

Beautiful apartment with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely Pool on occasions there were not enough sun beds. It’s a shame about all the noise from all the building, i was informed of building works, but was not expecting so much noise.

Great property, new and spacious apartment!
Great amenities with pool, gym, co-working space… I also liked they clean the apartment every 2 days and they keep your luggage and can use the facilities once you check out.

The only improvement is that wifi was slow but everything else very good!

Beautiful high quality new apartment. Loved the roof terrace with the bath and balcony with sea views for the spectacular sunsets. Swimming pool was great but also very close to sandy beaches. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Apartment serviced daily and new bedding alternate days.
Loved the resort of El Cotillo with old port with its bars and restaurants. Only downside was the building work in the resort.

Nice new residence , close to Cotillo old town and to the beautiful beaches.
Unfortunately it is sorrounded by building works which Monday to Friday start at 8 am and make it impossible to sleep or stay at the pool or even stay in your room with open windows.

Was difficult for people to get access to their rooms if reception not open. We had to help 3 sets of people. The noise from construction all around was loud and constant. We should have been informed prior to booking. Receptionist lovely and helpful. Comfy beds and good pool/ gym facilities. Everything worked.

Building work surrounds the hotel, no warning of this. Rock breaker machine works constantly 8-6pm Monday to Saturday so no chance have an afternoon siesta. You can use the outdoor furniture without cleaning off the constant dust from the ongoing work across the road. No discount or compensation offered from the hotel although when you do complain the receptionist say that comments will be passed on to the management and compensation looked into, this is just to make you think they are taking your complaint seriously, don’t be fooled.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Two TVs in apartment and include main British channels. Only negative was the checking in process. High level security with complicated check in. If you arrive after 4pm reception is closed. Ahead of your arrival you will be sent a detailed form but we weren’t sent a QR code which you need. This is an area that needs improving. Lots of building work’s going on next to apartments so one side of apartments look out onto building site. Nice sea views from front of apartments and lots of good local restaurants within walking distance.

A brand new property, just one street from and excellent beach.
The property is in excellent condition and very quiet.
Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to a smaller supermarket and 5-10 minutes from the main supermarket with restaurants nearby
