Horrific experience
Cons:

The house was extremely dirty. We found a roach walking around in the kitchen and there were ants continuously on the countertop everyday and night!

Pros:

The deck porch. The bathrooms were ok. Kitchen was good.

Cons:

TVs don’t work enough with streaming signal. Should have hard cable not streaming. Housekeeping didn’t speak English.

Pros:

The location was perfect and the size of the apartment was great. However we were not able to check in with the code given us and had to wait for some to bring us a key which we used for the duration of the time that we were there. The floors were not very clean, especially in the bathroom where there was visible black dirt and clumps of hair. Also found a children's toy car next to the couch and another behind the couch which indicated to me that the floor was not clean well in those areas. The couch had paint stains all over it. The refrigerator produce drawer had a very large crack in it. We did not have a coffee pot as we were told we would. A single serve was brought to us with a larger pot brought the next day. I was given a code for the laundry area, and was able to access this, however was not able to use the machines. Was told I could go to the sister building that was a block away. It would be nice to have more than one spot for parking. With a 3 bedroom apartment it is likely that there would be more than one car. Another general observation was that who ever painted last did not do a good job of covering the floors. There were paint splatters on the laminate floors making them look unclean. The lamp in the living room was missing a light bulb. One was brought to us when I asked for one. The folks that were taking care of the issues were prompt in doing so.

Great time with family, listing needs cleaned up.
Pros:

Close to the beach, good location, the right bed configuration for a group, plenty of storage space so we could keep our things out of the way!

Cons:

There were some discrepancies between the listing and reality. There were no beach tags included. There is no washer in the unit. The washer and dryer on site uses a credit card and was off-line when we wanted to use it. There were only three spoons in the kitchen. So we had to wash in order for four of us to eat breakfast. 😜 the positives outweigh the negatives for sure. But I hope the Beach House will clean up its listing to be more accurate.

Very frustrating
Pros:

The showers were excellent

Cons:

We arrived without a code for the key. They sent the code but it didn't work. I tried the back door; it had a red light. I called and left a message. I sent a text. I sent an email. It took 2 hours for staff to respond by text.
If you don't have access to a reservation, it's a huge problem and frustration. 2 hours!!!

Great location, home was clean/comfy. Be prepared to bring your own kitchen supplies/coffee maker.
Pros:

The location was great, so good to be able to walk to the boardwalk. The beds were comfy, and the home was clean.

Cons:

We were promised a coffee maker, and there was none on premise. There were filters for a drip coffee maker, but no machine in the kitchen. When I messaged, I was told someone would deliver one the following day, but that didn't happen. Kitchen dish soap dispenser was empty and no kitchen towels, paper towels or potholders at all. I felt the kitchen could have been slightly better stocked, or info given that I would've brought my own. Additionally, the walls are very thin and noise from the other apartments was an issue late at night.

Great location and view. A/C worked great.
Pros:

Great location. Close to boardwalk and beach.

Cons:

Parking was confusing. Need better signs to show which unit parks where. Tvs only offer streaming. Floors were a lil dirty. No one to speak with. Delayed responses.

Pros:

Nice, clean had everything we needed. The porch to sit on was nice!

Cons:

Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud and there was running around after the 9 o’clock downtime.

Overpriced
Cons:

Wifi signal was not strong enough to watch the Olympics for the entire first night of our stay. It worked slightly better the second night. We found a huge roach crawling up the side of my bed the second night which made for a terrible night sleep.
