Room gave to me have toilet pipes on the room next the wardrobe smells and noises every time someone upstairs flash the toilet horrible

Take from me £100 cash deposit, it was not disclose in description on the booking. Com when I booked

Was decent location and the room looked over the Clyde which was nice

Cons:

I had booked the suite but due to some error between booking.com and the hotel, this was not available despite my booking being confirmed on booking.com. I had to settle for a double room. A partial refund was made however and breakfast was added on for free.

Πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .
Επειδή φτάσαμε αρκετά νωρίς , ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας και αμέσως μας έκαναν early vhck in και στα τρία δωμάτια χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση.
