Jus disappointed on the restaurant staff but overall everything was great

The receptionist was amazing and very helpful and kind

Cons:

I booked for a three course meal but basically treated unfairly, first they couldn’t find my booking,then made me wait for 5 mins and then delayed with my drink and that’s not all waited and 1hr to get my food that’s when l complained and ended up having dinner in my room
Because l was the only black person there it felt like a racial thing, other couple that came after me was served and kept on being asked if they were okay while l
Waited and no one said nothing , l got there at 7:25 and after l complained about my food that’s when l got it at 9 🥺

Flott herbergi, flott útsýni og frábær staðsetning.
Pros:

Mjög góð staðsetning, herbergið flott og snyrtilegt.

Cons:

Baðherbergishurðin mjög stíf, varla hægt að opna hana ef hún lokaðist alveg. Vesen með sjónvarpið, gátum ekki tengt netið við það og þá var talað um að það ætti að vera komið chromecast í herbergin en það virtist ekki vera hjá okkur.

Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am River Clyde und der Blick auf den Fluss war sehr gut und man konnte das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Die Ausstattung war modern und in Ordnung nur die Zimmergröße sowie das Badezimmer sehr beengt für 3 Nächte.

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet war spärlich und am Sonntag Morgen eine Katastrophe - keine Sitzmöglichkeit, Riesenschlange an einem einzigen Kaffeeautomat - unmöglich!! Haben daher auf das Frühstück verzichtet obwohl wir bezahlt hatten.
Der Service im Restaurant am Abend war völlig unterbesetzt und man musste schon ewig warten bis man einen Platz zugewiesen bekam.
