Die Lage ist wunderbar, am Wald gelegen.
Das Personal ist freundlich un hilfsbereit.
Das schöne Städtchen Rheinbach ist gut erreichbar.
Sehr gutes Restaurant "Cox" im Hause.
Guter Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Für unser Kleines wurde kostenfrei ein Baby-Bett bereitgestellt.
Schrank mit Pantry-Küche sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Teppichböden sind nach meinem Geschmack nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Een groot hotel, er is al veel gerenoveerd, echter ook zaken welke duiden op management issues.
Met name personeel wat ik niet direct aardig, voorkomend en/of behulpzaam vond. Meer een hotel voor bruiloften etc.

Das Zimmer entsprach dem Geschmack der 70er Jahre, auf der Auslegeware scheute man sich, mit bloßen, Füßen zu gehen. Viele kleine Ärgernisse: die Zimmertür konnte nur mit größter Kraftanstrengung geöffnet werden, in der Dusche war der body-wash Behälter nicht gefüllt, überhaupt die Dusche: zwar neue Armaturen, aber ein uralt Becken, ein Handtuch war zerschlissen.
