Am petrecut 5 nopți la Hotel Alba în Sunny Beach. Locația este bună, aproape de plajă și de zona centrală, iar camerele sunt curate și spațioase. Personalul a fost amabil și ne-a ajutat ori de câte ori am avut nevoie.

Cons:

Partea mai puțin plăcută a fost mâncarea — deși în regim all inclusive, meniul era cam același în fiecare zi, fără prea multă varietate. Ar fi fost plăcut să existe mai multe opțiuni sau preparate tradiționale diferite.

Per total, un sejur ok pentru o vacanță liniștită, dar ar fi loc de îmbunătățiri la diversitatea mâncării.

Pros:

We had a trip from 16.9 to 23.9. We understand that it is the end of the season - on 23.9 there was breakfast but all the employees started cleaning up in the restaurant next to us, hiding things etc. From the beginning no one told us that there would be no lunch or dinner on the day of leaving and that the hotel would close at 12:00. Btw, Our flight was at 23:00. They did not allow anyone to leave their suitcases in the hotel because the hotel closed at 12:00. They promised us that we could leave our suitcases in another hotel but in my opinion they stole one day from this trip. We have to be out almost the whole day, we have to arrange our food somewhere. It is not about money but about respect to people.

Curățenia este foarte foarte ok. Doamnele de la curățenie sunt niște drăguțe. Angajații de la recepție de asemenea. Camera a fost foarte mare,Baia Mare. Totul frumos. Amplasarea în stațiune este una foarte bună. Plaja este la 3 minute de mers pe jos. Mi a placut foarte mult ca au avut seara tematica cu dansuri și muzica live. Activități pentru copii și pentru adulți de asemenea erau zilnic chiar dacă am fost la final de sezon. Din 10 septembrie

Mâncarea ar putea fii puțin mai diversificată. La micul dejun singurul lucru pe care îl schimbau era salamul și cașcavalul dar în rest totul era la fel,și multe lucruri cărora nu le am văzut rostul,de exemplu același fel de crenvurști făcuți în 3 feluri diferite. Se puteau pune niște cârnăciori de exemplu. Iar la restul meselor,mâncarea este diversă,aș aprecia dacă s ar lucra puțin pe partea de paste…nu am înțeles rolul a 2 tipuri de paste fierte,goale…la fiecare masă. Fără un sos alături,un bol de brânză sau ceva să poți pune pe ele.

Pros:

The property images online during booking this stay are super outdated. When we arrived to the hotel, the overall appearance of everything was very run down. Parking is a hassle with offsite parking where the hotel and the third party parking will both ask you to pay different pricing. The room conditions were poor, you have to pay a deposit for towels, Wi-Fi was terrible, there was no gym as advertised and the food is very average and the alcohol is all watered down and limited 3 per person. Please do not be fooled, you will leave with a bad taste in your mouth and disappointment.
