Excellent All-Inclusive Experience — Highly Recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Alba Hotel Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. Overall, we were genuinely impressed with the experience, especially considering the very reasonable price. I am sharing photos and videos to give future guests a realistic impression of the hotel, facilities, food, activities, and atmosphere.

🍽️ Food & Drinks

* Food: Excellent variety with great options for meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, babies, and toddlers.
* Drinks: Very good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails. Excellent for an All-Inclusive hotel at this price point.

🧳 Rooms & Comfort

* Comfortable, standard 4-star rooms with housekeeping twice daily.
* Balconies have drying racks, and the air conditioning worked well.
* No issues with bugs inside when balcony doors were kept closed.
* Bathrooms: Quite small, and the shower curtains are not very practical, sometimes allowing water onto the floor. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and conditioner are provided.
* Tips: Bring mosquito spray or gel for evenings. The hotel is in the heart of Sunny Beach’s nightlife area, so it can be loud at night. Earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones are recommended for light sleepers.

🏊‍♂️ Pool & Facilities

The pool area was clean and well maintained, with no excessive chemical smell. Facilities include a children’s area, toddler pool, ping-pong, pool bars, and a free at-pool buffet. A very convenient setup for families.

🌟 Kids Club & Animation — Special Mention to the BVS Team!

This was easily the highlight of our trip. The BVS Animation Team were phenomenal: young, energetic, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making guests happy.

* Attentive & Caring: Although the Kids Club is compact, the team made it special. They gave our children freedom to play while staying nearby to guide, support, and help whenever needed. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming toward our family.
* Always Available: The team were consistently present and approachable, regularly inviting guests to participate in activities rather than simply waiting for people to join.
* Activities: They actively organized and encouraged guests to join safe rubber-tipped archery, water polo, darts, family games, and other activities.
* Rewards: Individual winners received certificates of appreciation, while team-game winners received drinks. These details made participation even more enjoyable.
* Genuine Connection: They were always smiling, welcoming, lively, supportive, and genuinely interested in making children happy.

Our children became incredibly attached to the team. When it was time to leave, they were so emotionally connected to the BVS members that they cried for hours after leaving the hotel.

We have travelled through many cities and countries and met people from many different backgrounds. The BVS team are honestly among the most polite, respectful, warm, and genuinely kind people we have ever encountered during our travels.

A massive thank you to Krisi, Neya, Tedi, Yasin, and Tommy. Your patience, smiles, kindness, energy, and support made our holiday unforgettable. Our children will certainly remember you for a very long time.

To hotel management: Please recognize this outstanding team. They truly elevate the guest experience and are a major asset to the hotel.

🧹 Cleanliness & Service

Restaurant, reception, housekeeping, and other staff were polite, efficient, and constantly working to keep the hotel clean. Common areas, corridors, toilets, and dining spaces were consistently maintained. Restaurant staff were friendly and responsive, while cleaning staff reacted quickly whenever attention was needed.

📍 Location & Value

* Location: Directly on the beach and in the center of Sunny Beach, surrounded by shops, restaurants, nightlife, hotels, and an amusement park. Excellent for anyone wanting a lively atmosphere with almost everything within walking distance.
* Value: Excellent price-to-quality ratio. The All-Inclusive package is highly recommended, especially for families.

Final Thoughts

Despite minor drawbacks such as small bathrooms, impractical shower curtains, mosquitoes at night, and considerable nightlife noise, the positives heavily outweighed them.

Great food, clean facilities, an excellent location, good value, family-friendly amenities, and above all, an extraordinary animation team made this a very memorable stay.

Престоят ни в Alba Hotel Sunny Beach, България беше много приятен. Като цяло останахме искрено впечатлени от преживяването, особено предвид много разумната цена. Споделяме снимки и видеоклипове, за да дадем на бъдещите гости реалистична представа за хотела, удобствата, храната, заниманията и атмосферата.

🍽️ Храна и напитки

* Храна: Отлично разнообразие с чудесен избор за любителите на месо, вегетарианци, вегани, бебета и малки деца.
* Напитки: Много добър избор от алкохолни и безалкохолни напитки, включително коктейли. Отлично предложение за All-Inclusive хотел на тази цена.

🧳 Стаи и комфорт

* Комфортни стаи на стандартно 4-звездно ниво с почистване два пъти дневно.
* Балконите разполагат със сушилници за дрехи, а климатикът работеше добре.
* Не сме имали проблеми с насекоми в стаята, когато балконските врати са били затворени.
* Бани: Доста малки, а завесите на душа не са особено практични и понякога позволяват на водата да попадне върху пода. Осигурени са шампоан, душ гел, сапун и балсам за коса.
* Съвет: Препоръчваме да носите спрей или гел против комари за вечерните часове. Хотелът се намира в сърцето на нощния живот на Слънчев бряг и вечер може да бъде доста шумно. За хора, чувствителни към шум, препоръчваме тапи за уши или слушалки с шумопотискане.

Зоната около басейна беше чиста и добре поддържана, без прекомерна миризма на химикали. Има детска зона, зона за малки деца, тенис на маса, барове около басейна и безплатен бюфет при басейна. Много удобно за семейства.

🌟 Детски клуб и анимация — специално признание за екипа на BVS!

Това определено беше най-силната част от нашата почивка. Анимационният екип на BVS беше невероятен — млад, енергичен, любезен, работлив и искрено отдаден на това гостите да се чувстват добре.

* Внимание и грижа: Въпреки че детският клуб е сравнително малък, екипът го направи специален. Даваха на нашите деца свобода да играят, като същевременно винаги бяха наблизо, за да ги насочват, подкрепят и да им помагат при нужда. Бяха изключително мили и гостоприемни към нашето семейство.
* Винаги на разположение: Екипът беше постоянно на разположение и редовно канеше гостите да се включат в различни занимания, вместо просто да чака някой да дойде.
* Занимания: Активно организираха и насърчаваха гостите да участват в безопасна стрелба с лък с гумени накрайници, водна топка, дартс, семейни игри и други активности.
* Награди: Победителите в индивидуалните игри получаваха грамоти, а победителите в отборните игри — напитки. Тези малки жестове правеха участието още по-забавно.
* Истинска емоционална връзка: Те винаги бяха усмихнати, приветливи, жизнени, подкрепящи и искрено заинтересовани от това децата да се забавляват.

Нашите деца се привързаха невероятно много към екипа. Когато дойде време да си тръгнем, те бяха толкова емоционално свързани с членовете на BVS, че плакаха с часове след напускането на хотела.

Пътували сме в много градове и държави и сме срещали хора от най-различни среди. Искрено можем да кажем, че екипът на BVS е сред най-възпитаните, уважителни, топли и искрено добри хора, които сме срещали по време на пътуванията си.

Огромно благодаря на Krisi, Neya, Tedi, Yasin и Tommy. Вашето търпение, усмивки, доброта, енергия и подкрепа направиха почивката ни незабравима. Нашите деца със сигурност ще ви помнят още дълго време.

🧹 Чистота и обслужване

Персоналът на ресторанта, рецепцията, домакинството и останалите служители беше любезен, ефективен и постоянно се грижеше за чистотата. Общите части, коридорите, тоалетните и зоните за хранене бяха добре поддържани. Персоналът на ресторанта беше отзивчив, а служителите по почистването реагираха бързо, когато беше необходимо.

📍 Местоположение и цена/качество

* Местоположение: Директно на плажа и в центъра на Слънчев бряг, заобиколен от магазини, ресторанти, нощни заведения, хотели и увеселителен парк. Отлично място за хора, които търсят оживена атмосфера и искат почти всичко да бъде на пешеходно разстояние.
* Цена/качество: Отлично съотношение между цена и качество. All-Inclusive пакетът е силно препоръчителен, особено за семейства.

Финални впечатления

Въпреки някои малки недостатъци като малките бани, непрактичните завеси на душа, комарите през нощта и значителния шум от нощния живот, положителните страни определено надделяват.

Добрата храна, чистите удобства, отличното местоположение, добрата цена, семейната атмосфера и преди всичко изключителният анимационен екип направиха престоя ни много запомнящ се.

an unpleasant experience! we checked in yesterday 20/07. it's 3:33 at night and I don't sleep because of the noise. it's not normal, there's a club across the street from this hotel, where you can hear the music as if you were in a club. it's not OK, it's my choice what I want to do at night, and I want to sleep, not hear the music.

We arrived here in friday and were given a room on the 8th floor, which does not have an elevator and takes 10 minutes to get from the lobby to the room by stairs. We have spiders on our floor and we are a couple and they gave us 2 single beds instead of a double bed. We are disappointed with the service.
I don't think this hotel is 4 stars. The staff doesn't change the sheets every day and everything is dirty and there is rust in the taps. On the day of check-out, we weren't allowed to take coffee when leaving the hotel for the airport. The service is bad and racist.

I do not usually write hotel reviews, but this time I feel I have to. We travelled as two families with children, and honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We read many positive reviews before booking, but our real experience was completely different.

The biggest problem was the service and overall attitude of the staff. Most of the staff looked annoyed all the time, without any smile or willingness to help. Asking something simple felt uncomfortable. Apart from the reception and the animators, almost nobody spoke English, even at the bar.

Food was a huge disappointment. Every day it was almost the same, including the same soup for the whole week. There were long queues for food and very often no free tables, so we had to wait with hungry children until someone finished eating. Food and desserts were not refilled properly. If you came later, many things were already gone, especially desserts. They were replaced mostly with cheap biscuits.

The drinks were also very poor. The alcohol tasted extremely cheap, the soft drinks were the lowest quality sugary drinks, and even normal soda water was missing. Coffee was terrible too.

June was clearly not taken seriously by the hotel. Many things shown in videos or mentioned in reviews were not available during our stay, such as ice cream or proper evening programs. The evening shows started only on July 1st. But when July started, the hotel became extremely overcrowded and lunch was even worse because there was nowhere to sit.

The room was acceptable and cleaned regularly, but we had a Deluxe room and the bathroom was still old. Wi-Fi was unstable. Also, do not pay extra for the “sea view”. The photo looks edited, because in reality the sea is much further away and barely visible.

There was also a safety issue, as some children cut their feet on something in the children’s pool, which is not acceptable.

Overall, this hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel at all. Maybe 3 stars at most. We were very disappointed and I would not choose this hotel again.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional, all receptionists and the boys welcoming you at the front door make your stay fabulous, always helping and smiling make you feel so special guest. Lobby bar staff so patient and gives you a great service. Restourant manager is amazing, food is deliciously cooked and presented well.
Good value for the money.
Location is great, rooms are huge and clean.

Absolut totul

Am petrecut 5 nopți la Hotel Alba în Sunny Beach. Locația este bună, aproape de plajă și de zona centrală, iar camerele sunt curate și spațioase. Personalul a fost amabil și ne-a ajutat ori de câte ori am avut nevoie.
