Pas de SPA, hors service.
Équipements au strict minimum, pas de chaise dans la chambre, pas de cintres.
Nous n'avons pas eu les chambres réservées, d'autres ont été proposées.
Honestly I'm very shocked at the high rating this hotel has as it was absolutely terrible. 100 percent the worst stay in albania I've had and i have booked close to 50 hotels/ properties in albania before and have enjoyed all of them except this one.
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it has a pool and is close to the beach.
-The food was disgusting and inedible. We had free breakfast included but only went once as it was disgusting and didn't go again. The lunch was also horrible poor quality and tastes so bad. Also, I had a coffee but could drink it as the cup smelt so bad and dirty if made me want to vomit.
- the beds were old and poor quality when she sat on the bed you would sink inside it. They had a huge dip in the middle and no support at all.
- the fridge in the food was old, dirty and wasn't working.
- all of the lights on the wall were crooked and looked like they were about to fall off.
- the staff weren't very welcoming and gave off a weird feeling.
I would stay away from here at all costs! Im so beyond shocked that this is supposedly a 4 star hotel! Its a waste of money, i wouldn't want to come back even if it was for free. Please dont book and find another hotel. If this was my first experience of albania i wouldn't want to come back again but luckily i know albania if great but this place is bad.

Eigentlich nichts, ausser dass Golem ein sehr touristischer Ort ist und die Kultur herrscht, dass im Hotel immer Musik läuft.

The hotel is very clean. there is a large pool. breakfast is normal, you will not stay hungry. glasses could be a little cleaner.
Loud music was played until 11 at night, families with children should be especially careful.
I stayed at the Onufri in Golem in Albania, advertised as a 4-star on Booking, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The structure is new and well-equipped, with a spa and a nice pool, but the breakfast is extremely poor, with very few options to choose from. The room was hot because the air conditioning was insufficient, and the key management system does not allow for a second key to be issued. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it’s to prevent people from keeping the air conditioning on all day, which is absurd for a so-called 4-star hotel. Additionally, the spa was not accessible, with the reason of technical issues, but it seems more like a cost-cutting measure. Finally, on Google, the hotel is described as beachfront in Booking, but it’s actually about 700 meters from the sea. A huge disappointment, not worth more than 3 stars.
The only thing i can say is, this is the best Hotel you can stay in, especially with family.
Everything was beyond expectations including food.
