Best hotel in south Kuta! Lovely staff and the standard is excellent!

Great vibe and lots of indoor and outdoor space, located in the middle of Kuta main Street with all the bars and restaurants. Excellent.

Tolle Hotelanlage, Personal super nett und allen Bereichen immer hilfsbereit. Tolles Zimmer, Anlage mit öffentlichem Pool auch für Gäste ausserhalb des Hotels zzgl. privatem Pool für ausschliesslich Hotelgäste. Essen sehr lecker.
Hotel total zu empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder. Danke

An amazing place, an adult only area with pool, smiling staff, we came back 3 times at this hotel as all was perfect. Thank you Amar for your kindness, my husband and me really enjoyed our stay

Très bien dans l'ensemble, situé dans le centre, trois piscines dont une uniquement pour adulte.
Chambre spacieuses, déco assez simple mais très jolis couloirs en arche. Petit déjeuner excellent.
Vu extérieure tout en travaux donc bruits de travaux toute la journée mais ça ne gâche pas le séjour. Hôtel quasi collé à la mosquée (pas dérangeant pour nous) mais si vous ne souhaitez pas être réveillés utilisez les bouchons d'oreilles.

Most important feedback I could provide is simply, if the prices don't become astronomical then I'll be back.

The longer version:
I spent a week here, as somebody who doesn't feel confident with scooters just yet, the location was supreme; in the heart and in walking distance of everything/anything you need. The staff are friendly, not overbearing, happy to teach me their language and playful while being attentive.
Everything was clean, the air conditioning works as it should, the beds and pillows are great, the blinds are blackout and when you close the door you can't hear a thing other than the prayers which are really loud and play throughout the night... I'm not sure how often and you are provided with earplugs to sleep with at night, I'm not a light sleeper so although it did wake me up it wasn't difficult for me to fall back to sleep. You could probably aid this by putting a towel down near the doors too.
The cocktails were really good, the food was simple but yummy and made quickly and I rated the coffee as well! Nothing compares to Australian coffee IMO but I was happy to have my coffees at the hotel. They organised my car service back to the airport, I would have rathered a scooter but was talked out of it, however after travelling around in Bali I now know that the driver can put my carry on luggage in front of their legs with no issues and wouldn't take a car again, it's more expensive and way less fun.

Beautiful Hotel and accommodation - well located and the staff is awesome! Only the religious sounds during the night/early morning were disturbing due to a church or similar around the corner. But this is not the hotels „fault“.

This location is excellent value and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kuta Lombok.

The only gripe we had was that we could not figure out how to turn off a bright light shining in our window. It appeared that all rooms like ours had the same light on, so perhaps it was not possible.

Amazing stay and beautiful hotel with super staff.

This place is wonderful. The resort has a very tasteful aesthetic, with a mix of vibrant plant life (characteristic to Indonesia) and very light Islamic architectural notes in its domes and arches. It’s simply beautiful.

The rooms are spacious, clean and cleverly decorated. The bathrooms are so beautiful, clean and also spacious. The pool areas are stunning, all of them. The entire hotel is a beauty to behold.

However, what really makes this place elevate to exceptional is the Staff. Every single human being in this resort beams kindness. Every detail in need of being taken care of is always done before you have time to think of it yourself. Whatever you need locally, as in transfers, tours, etc. is provided or recommended with no personal interest or commission in mind. Know that you will never be taken advantage of by the staff.

I want to personally give thanks and appreciation to the team that took care of us during our stay:
Egis, Sujar, Yudi, Andi, Didik and all those whose names we did not learn. Your daily greetings, smiles, acts of service and kindness never went unnoticed from beginning to the very end of our stay.

We booked two rooms at the last minute for a visit to Kuta and we were blown away by how luxurious and stylish this hotel was. The pool area is excellent and the rooms a high standard. Our bathroom was incredible with an amazing, large free standing bath. We wish we were staying for longer.

Nydelig hotell, forferdelig beliggenhet.
Ingen søvn på grunn av moské som begynner med bønn klokken 4 rett utenfor. Kommer nok ikke tilbake.

Everything was amazing, stylish, comfortable, clean, location. Very happy to stay here and would again.
