Otelin konumu harika, İstiklal Caddesi’ne sadece 1 dakika mesafede, çok merkezi bir yerde. Otelin atmosferi samimi ve aile sıcaklığında, kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. Burası bir aile işletmesi, çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Otel oldukça temizdi. Ayrıca Şişhane metro durağına çok yakın, buradan şehrin birçok noktasına kolayca ulaşmak mümkün.
Genel olarak konum, temizlik ve personel açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Gezilecek yerle yakin bir nokta olması güzel. Otopark sorunu var. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve yeni. Çalışanlar ilgili. Fiyat performans olarak kalinabilir ideal bir otel.

Die Zimmer waren weitgehend in Ordnung. Leider war der Klodeckel lose, der Kühlschrank kühlte nur mäßig und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Trotz Reklamation keine Abhilfe!
Dafür gab es ein gutes Frühstück! Zum Lärm haben sicher viele andere bereits geschrieben. Schließt man die Fenster und schaltet die Klimaanlage ein, ist das Problem gelöst.

Hôtel de charme trois étoiles idéalement situé au centre de tout. Beaucoup de déplacements se font à pieds. ( Avec métro et funiculaire à proximité. ) Le quartier de Beyoglu avec une vie nocturne que ce soit pour sortir mais aussi manger et faire du shopping jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. L'hôtel est propre, calme et charmant. ( Vous pouvez juste entendre en weekend le bar pas très loin mais personnellement le bruit ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. )Le petit déjeuner donne un coup de peps avec le café turque. Petit plus : la surprise du balcon / terrasse à la découverte de la chambre. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour la prise en charge du taxi à n'importe quelle heure pour le transfert de l'aéroport sans stress pour éviter l'attente trop longue avec le trafic. Vraiment un bon hôtel pour profiter de quelques jours à Istanbul et particulièrement à Beyoglu qui est un super quartier dynamique et bohème. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Fotoğrafların yarattığı beklentinin çok altındaydı. Yataklar rahatsız, kahvaltı çok geç başlıyor.

Property is at prime location with clean and good rooms. More than the property the behaviour and courtesy of the staff is unbelievable. Special thanks to Ayten who made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Good value for price, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The hotel is very close to Istiklal Caddesi, where you can find stores, sightseeing and food. A short walk from Galata tower and public transportation. A bit of noise from cafees in the evening and night, but the hotel is good if you plan to stay out in the evening/night to experience Istanbul. Area felt very safe.

Odalar aynı fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, beklentimizi tam olarak karşıladı. Temizlik açısından da her yer kesinlikle tertemizdi. Tüm çalışanlara özellikle de Özlem ve İlayda hanımlara ilgi ve emeklerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde İstiklalde tekrardan tercih edeceğimiz tek hotel olarak kalacaktır.

Pera Rasso boutique hotel was probably the best place we stayed while in Turkey for four weeks. Traveled all around the country, but when in Istanbul, it was the Pera Rasso. Cleanliness of the rooms, including the bathrooms and the beds could not be faulted. The included breakfast is served in a lovely dining room / lounge room, and is wholesome, plentiful and delicious. Staff are friendly, relaxed, welcoming but very professional. Aras at reception, and Filiz just about everywhere else in the hotel, are the standouts. Nothing was too difficult for them at any time of the day – they are great ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel is in a fabulous part of the Beyoglu district – close to the main tourist areas, but also close to local shops, grocers, restaurants, taxis, buses, and trains.
We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Turkie.

Bedding, breakfast and toiletries need an upgrade but a chaming hotel with wonderful staff.

Das Hotel hat per se eine super Lage.
Man kann von hier aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen...leider liegt direkt nebenan ein Club. Unter der Woche ist das kein Problem, aber Fr/Sa und Sa/So ist es nachts wieklich sehr laut.
Abseits dessen würde ich das Hotel empfehlen, das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück war toll

The rooms showed while booking were completely different from the one that was assigned to us upon check-in. Though we booked a family room, including a 10-year old child, we have been directed to a tiny room lacking the minimum privacy (the bathroom had a glass door and did not fit for a family. No bed was provided for our daughter and even provided, the room was small and offered a feeling of a confined space.

An other issue worth mentioning is hygiene. For a whole family, one roll of bathroom paper was provided throughout our stay (2 nights / 3 days). The carpet was not clean.

Part of the service was breakfast. It was another fiasco on both quality and quantity. Everything is about money.
