Amazing and would stay again!
Pros:

Everything was nicely appointed. Rooms felt very special and staff were always so helpful. The restaurant had a yummy buffet breakfast and dinner was one of the best in Lisbon!

Cons:

The shower was a bit small and water did come out.

Nice hotel and staff, but the breakfast setup was misleading

The rooms were very nice, with a great design, and the overall decoration of the hotel is very stylish. The staff was also friendly and welcoming

Cons:

The breakfast experience was disappointing. When booking, there was a significant price difference (around €40) to include breakfast, so we expected everything to be covered. However, we were asked to pay an additional €25 for eggs for me and my wife. I would at least expect some basic options like fried or scrambled eggs to be included in the buffet, but everything had an extra charge. This felt unclear and not very transparent.

Stunning
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning rooftop pool that quickly became a highlight of the stay. Soft, ambient music created a relaxed atmosphere, and the self-serve cocktail bar was a unique and thoughtful touch, adding a sense of ease and indulgence. It was the perfect place to unwind with a refreshing drink and a dip in the pool after a busy day of sightseeing. Also loved the smeg appliances in the room :)

Cons:

There was only one restaurant and no light meals or snacks served by the pool.

Pros:

Design impecável ! Moderno e confortável. Aromas perfeitos pelo hotel.

Cons:

Acredito que um hotel desse patamar merecia amenities de uma qualidade melhor. Ex : o sofitel concorrente de vocês na av da Liberdade utiliza a marca Diptyque. Seria fantástico se trabalhassem com eles. Embalagens de shampoo e condicionador também muito feios no banheiro.
Detalhes que fazem a diferença, e vocês sabem, pois o quarto é cheio de detalhes incríveis!

Outra coisa, tropecei e machuquei meu pulso naqueles pedestais que ficam na rua para isolar vagas, não acho viável aquilo na passagem de pessoas que querem atravessar a rua.

A great spot for a Lisbon weekend getaway
Pros:

Cool and tasteful design, very friendly staff, great rooftop terrace with pool, amazing breakfast.
The location is perfect, in the elegant neighborhood of Lisbon with wonderful luxury restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Room had too much wear and tear for 5 star rating. Our room was also directly facing a blind wall.

Lovely hotel but not 5-star standard.
Pros:

The Library is beautiful. It was very pleasant and comfortable relaxing in there. The plenary bar was also visually pleasing. Very relaxing and beautiful books to browse.

Cons:

Bad sewage smell in bedroom. Miserable staff.
