STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

The location is near all the high end stores.

Cons:

I rarely post negative reviews but this hotel the service was extremely bad, the front desk staffs especially one of the female that checked us in. I should have asked for her name. She was extremely rude to everyone not only to us, to other group in front of us as well. We booked 4 rooms total and 3 different hotels in Portugal (Altis, Intercontinental, and Browns for the last two nights) we were very surprised how bad the services and staffs at Browns treated us compared to all wonderful staffs from the other two hotels. I would definitely stay away from BROWNS AVE. Also the rooms have no insulation, all 4 rooms we couldn’t sleep because you could hear every single rain drops!!!

Os quartos são verdadeiros refúgios: camas extremamente confortáveis, isolamento acústico de primeira e uma decoração que exala bom gosto em cada detalhe, desde a iluminação até os materiais escolhidos.
