Pros:

Two points. First, The Browns Avenue was exceptionally clean. My room was spotless, and overall, all of the facilities were very well maintained and kept in excellent condition.

Cons:

Some of the front desk team members were not particularly friendly and at times came across as dismissive, which negatively affected my overall experience. However, I would like to specifically recognise Carlos and Adele. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to assist me. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference during my stay. Without their outstanding service, my impression of the overall customer service would have been much less positive.

What a special hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is a real gem. Just set back from the main street, you are in a great location. It is not a cheap hotel but for good reason, the facilities are exceptional and you are in walking distance of great food and some of the main attractions. One of my favourites things was the roof top terrace, with a gorgeous little pool and the honesty bar. This is a very special find, and we will be staying here again.

A special thank you to the wonderful reception team, especially Adília and Carlos, for their truly exceptional service.
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything. This is a hotel you genuinely look forward to coming back to after a day out. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the restaurant, where breakfast is also served, was outstanding.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect and truly excelled in every category. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Cons:

Honestly, this is one of the rare occasions where we cannot think of a single negative thing to say. Everything was handled perfectly, and our entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.

Breakfast a little hectic staff a little pushed ran out of bits and a long wait but absolutely doing their best. Think they could do with a restaurant manger at breakfast as well at at dinnerr.
