A localização é boa. Fica próximo a praça e supermercado.
Os funcionários são super solícitos e educados. O café da manhã é bom. A cama é confortável.

Cons:

As instalações são antigas, o elevador é lento e tem detalhes no quarto que precisam de reparação. Todo final de tarde, aparecia pequenas baratas no banheiro. As toalhas e roupas de cama não são boas.

Roupa de banho velhas e até puidas, ar condicionado não funcionou, vazamento atrás do vaso sanitário que escoria no chão, a torneira de água fria do chuveiro não abria,a limpeza deixa a desejar no banheiro.
