It was excellent, and we will be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was included with the room stay, and it was excellent. I liked that we were given a la carte options, thus ensuring that there was less waste all round compared to a buffet. The bar in the restaurant was also a nice place for sundowners before we headed out for dinner. The room was spacious and the location of the hotel was excellent and was a much welcome haven of respite from the colour and chaos of the Chinatown area so we could easily pop in and out for breaks when it got too hot in the afternoons. It was also easy walking distance to many sights, cafes within the Chinatown area, and its surrounds, including Central Market, the newly and beautifully restored Sultan Abdul Samad building, Dataran Merdeka and the Textile Museum. Staff were friendly and professional, and service was very good.

Cons:

I would have preferred a larger bedside table that can accommodate at least a book, a glass of water, my reading glasses and my mobile phone. The current one with with the screen on it is not large enough to be used comfortably. The coffee and tea selection was also limited to one per type (what if there were two people who wanted the same thing?), and some spare loo rolls would have been welcome. There was also no hand and body lotion , which would have been nice to complement the already very nice toiletries. What we found slightly limiting was also the lack of drawers in the closet area (but that's a personal preference). Overall though, no major complains!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.
Pros:

Gorgeous design & rooms. Comfortable beds. Relaxed vibe. Delicious breakfast. Great location. Nick was very helpful and professional.

A fantastic destination hotel
Pros:

Friendly welcome with iced drinks; bag (in wardrobe) to use during our visit; infinity pool; the layout, library, style, artwork and the general ambience and decor. Also valet parking in the city centre for only RM25 - great value!

We only had one night here but would have loved to have stayed longer!

Cons:

We didn't really like the obscured glass doors to the bathroom - stylish but lacked privacy and just seemed odd, especially for a brother and sister sharing a room. The a la carte breakfast was good, but wouldn't be our preference by choice due to dietary issues.
Having said this, we'd definitely go again!

Pros:

Everything. The room was a lovely size, allowing us to spread out and relax. The vibe of the hotel was particularly low key, with great decor and furniture. Both restaurants had cozy bars, with great food.
Location was fantastic being a two minute walk from both Pateling Street market and the craft market, and only a 10 minute taxi ride to the Petronas Towers.

Top marks for staff!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially Margherita at Reception, Dwayne (YFH) and all the RAW restaurant staff! Very courteous security staff at front doot.
Very central location. Innovative cuisine (Yellow Fin Horse). Exciting breakfast menu.

Cons:

Swimming pool area not particularly inviting (decor, slightly brutalist architecture). Soundproofing between rooms/corridor could be better.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the middle of Chinatown
Pros:

I loved the design, the overall vibe, the used natural materials.
The room was small but cute & very comfortable.
The gym was small but I loved their machines, especially the rowing machine.
The pool area was also great, to hang out & read outside.
I loved the shower, it was huge, as well as the soap & shampoo products.
The location in the middle of Chinatown was very convenient to get around for shopping, massage or food.
The staff was very friendly.
The coffee with oat milk (latte) was really good.

Cons:

There were not many vegan breakfast options unfortunately.

Das Haus ist recht hellhörig durch die offene Architektonik. Im obersten Geschoss befindet sich eine Bar. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es vor allem abends etwas lauter werden kann…

Worth every penny. Loved being in China town all the hustle and bustle. Close the door to tranquil environment

Well done to all staff from door men to waiting staff.

Cons:

The only problem my husband encountered was he found the pillows too firm.
I’m sure if he had mentioned it the staff would have rectified the problem.
