Beautiful boutique hotel with a central location near Chinatown - loads of eateries within walking distance. Every inch of this refurbished building was done thoughtfully. All staff were friendly and accommodating, including security and valet. Loved the rooms we had - they were super comfortable and clean.
Having to park next door isn't great but that is due to the nature of the refurbished building.

Breakfast was not the best but the service was good. Would have preferred more light savoury options
There should be options for twin beds not all king beds. because it means that only solo travellers or couples can stay there and not companies that require staff to share rooms or friends who are not that close.
Very nice heritage building, nicely renovated.
It’s quite noisy especially at night, and the top 2 floors tend to shake quite a bit whenever a truck or so passes by.
Great location as it is next to Petaling street stalls and a 8mins walk to famous Chinese stingray and seafood stall. Toilets are clean.
The ala carte breakfast set offered are unique but it will be great if photos and portion are also shown. The breakfast can offered more localized options like laksa as it is quite international.
Staff are very helpful as well. It jus avoided the jam street of petaling while nestled in a quiet corner among the flowers shops. It used Aesop for toiletries!!! There is also a basket of welcome snack.
I stayed there with my elderly parents who can't walk far. Hence this hotel is great for exploring petaling street and nearby famous claypot rice, roasted pork and char Siew shop (accessible via grab). It is opposite a temple.
Living room is big, including the pulled out sofa bed for 3rd pax.
can have more variety of choices for breakfast. Other than that everything is great.. even the level 1 toilet is clean.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel aesthetic. Staff were also wonderful.
We arrived in the evening and we were too hot all night. The AC is not particularly powerful and had a very hot and restless night sleep. The second night was much better but they need to cool the rooms slightly before guests arrive.
There was also a loud rooftop event all evening both nights which was loud until around midnight.
Nice sized rooms, comfy beds and the interiors of the hotel is really beautiful! Staff were also helpful and friendly - helping us book the restaurant upstairs and also for late check out. Location was also really great
We had accidentally booked the wrong dates and weren’t able to modify to the right dates. Was given advice by hotel staff that this was okay and the best way was to book the correct dates and request to cancel the wrong booking on booking.com. However despite the hotel cancelling the booking on their system they never accepted the request on booking.com for cancellation. This meant I still had two reservations and paid twice. I tried resolving this while staying at the hotel and even afterwards. However, the hotel never reached back out to myself or booking.com to resolve. We understood the booking conditions but we would have liked to hear back from the hotel or had received something such as a voucher during our stay etc. It was a shame as we really enjoyed our stay.
