Duschabfluss war verstopft. Keine Behebung durch Personal. Es wurde erst auf Nachfrage eine Zimmeralternative angeboten, die dann 30min später doch nicht verfügbar war.

Было на 50% дороже, чем в этом же отеле неделю назад. При том что номер был на много меньше. В номере не было кухни, а в предыдущем была кухня. Не было даже чайника и посуды. Не было пульта от телевизора. Одним словом жулики. Останавливался второй раз. Разочарован полностью. Больше не поеду. Использовал на 1 ночь при длительной пересадке в Мюнхене . Найду другой.

Malgrado le ottime intenzioni in merito all'ambiente, ritengo la Struttura carente sotto diversi aspetti. Questo ha reso il mio breve soggiorno una poco piacevole esperienza.
Lo staff inesistente è la lenta comunicazione con messaggistica mi ha tenuto all'esterno per troppo tempo. Sono entrato soltanto perché, a causa di lavori in corso, è transitato un operaio. Ho poi scoperto che, malgrado fossi arrivato nel range di orario, da me indicato per il ceck-in, il mio terminale non era abilitato allo sblocco della porta d'ingresso.
La cosa si è ripetuta in seguito davanti la porta del mio alloggio, ma almeno ero al caldo.
Dopo ulteriori messaggi, finalmente il mio device è stato abilitato allo sblocco.
Troppo tempo, troppo freddo, troppa rabbia, per un ceck-in.
Ottimo l'alloggio, ma perché manca un bollitore?
Scendo in un'area adibita a ristoro (con lavori in corso), il frigo è inattivo, la macchina a cialde idem (e niente cialde),la piastra a induzione non si attiva.
Nessuna istruzione scritta, bevo qualcosa di caldo preparato con l'acqua del boiler. Mando un messaggio chiedendo come utilizzare l'invitante confezione di caffè in dotazione e mi si risponde che quel bricco inox nell'alloggio è per preparare il caffè alla francese. Mai vista prima, non so usarla, nessuna istruzione.

Un ultimo appunto : un minimo di informazione su chi consegna cibo a domicilio, visto che con quelli contattati non si riesce a chiudere l'ordine.
Non rispondere ad un ospite che non lo sai, perché anche questo contribuisce a mettere a proprio agio chi ti concede fiducia scegliendo la tua struttura.

The pictures and the descriptions are misleading. Our room was tiny, the building itself must have some construction going on as there was building supplies and dirt on the ground floor. The pillows were flat and the bedding cheap. The room was humid, which made for an uncomfortable night. We could not leave the window open as it was possible to easily climb into it from the outside.

Our shower did not drain, which led to a flooded bathroom and part of the main room before we realized there is an issue. With only a couple of small towels, it was difficult to mop up everything. I was able to talk to a staff member fairly quickly, but there was nothing to be done. They would call a plumber, but no other rooms were available to switch to and they fid not know when the plumber would come. I ended up finding the conditioner out of my hair in the sink and my husband went without a shower.

I didn’t have a kettle in my room or coffee maker, despite being provided tea and coffee. I sent a message about this and was told it wasn’t standard in the rooms to provide these so go and buy one??? My colleagues had both kettle and coffee maker in their rooms.
They were also doing renovations on the ground floor. It’s didn’t look great on arrival, and the work started at 7:30am on the first morning of my stay. Not ideal.

Extrem schlechte Kommunikation, so dass ich mich gegen dieses Hotel entschieden habe (ich war gar nicht mehr dort)
