1 günlük bursa seyahatimiz sürecinde kaldık ve odalarının satışında sistemsel bir sıkıntıları vardı benim tutmuş olduğum oda çif kişilik yataklı br odayken sistemleri bize iki yataklı oda rezervasyonu yapmışlar bize otele vardığımızda bu durumun bilgisi resepsiyonda verildi ve bu konuda sıkıntı yaşadık geç saatte geldiğimiz için mecbur iki yataklı odada kalmak zorunda kaldık otelden ayrılırken bu konuda yaşanan sıkıntı için üzgün olduklarını ve sistemi düzelticeklerini bildirdiler fakat kalıcak olan misafirler tuttukları odadan sonra otelle mutlaka telefon yolu ilede iletişime geçmeli her duruma karşı
