Sauber, helle, grösszügige Räumlichkeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Zimmer im 2. OG. Dorthin gibt es keinen Lift. Für mich mit Problemen beim Gehen ein Hindernis.

Das schlechteste Hotel in meinem Leben
Pros:

Es gibt nichts possitives zu diesem Hotel oder den unqualifizierten MitarbeiterInnen, welche kontaktiert werden konnten!

Cons:

KEIN Frühstück, da Restaurant bis Frühjahr geschlossen. Dies hätte ich selbst auf der Hompage des Rest. herausfinden müssen. Keine Verpflegungs- oder Getränkeautomaten, obwohl von den Mitarbeitern so korrespondiert wurde. Die Informationen, mit Absenderadresse im Hause, waren falsch. Das Team gab zwar vor, im Haus zu sein, jedoch gab es im Haus keinen möglichen Ansprechspartner. Kein Wasserkocher oder Kaffemaschine (4 Sterne üblich) im Zimmer. Geputzt wurde in 9 Tagen 2 mal, auch keine Handtücherwechsel oder Toilettenpapier. Der Staubsauger lag 3 Tage lang unbewegt bei der Eingangstreppe herum. Im Haus war es sehr kalt. Die PP für Mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen immer von nicht angewiesenen Gäste belegt. Schnee wurde nicht entfernt. Die Anliegen mit einer Rücküberweisung von 1/2-Zimmerpreis einer Person/Nacht rücküberwiesen. Silvester in Österreich wäre anderswo einfach bestimmt angenehmer gewesen. Das Haus schmückt sich mit 4 Sternen. Wäre wohl eher 2+, maximal. Das Haus ist soweit im Juhe, dass es nur mit Auto erreichbar ist. Demzufolge Verpflegung auch nur mit Auto in 10 Min. Distanz erreichbar. .

not up to the expectation
Pros:

I stayed in the Spitzerberg hotel and booked the apartment. The location of the hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the airport and 50 – 60 minutes from the city center of Vienna. The outlet mall Pandorf is a little over 20 minutes.
First you have to check in, which is done on a screen without any staff being present. Process is simple and quick.
The apartment itself is nice and spacious. You enter via a small corridor and open a glass door and step into the bedroom. Spacious, king size, bed which was comfortable. You go and walk into the living area, with on your right hand side the bathroom, with a toilet and walk in shower. The living area has a small kitchenette with a small electrical stove, fridge and a microwave. That is it. The doors open into the garden, where there is a path just in front of you grass field. The apartment has air conditioning, which was nice as it was warm during my stay. So far the good part…

Cons:

Besides all the points mentioned above, there are a few shortcomings. First of all, in the kitchen there is not a lot of tools to work with and the electrical stove is really small. So you have to think about how you prepare the food before you start cooking (which is not a problem, as long as you know…). But basic bottle opener, tea towels and dishcloths are not there and, as there is no dishwasher, there was no washing brush. So the first day was literally washing the dishes with my hand.
The shower is also a little challenging as the water doesn’t drain as quickly as it flows through the showerhead. In other words: you have about 3 – 5 minutes before the water flows through the bathroom…
If you need your apartment cleaned: simply hang a label on your front door and it will be done? I did that it the morning when I left and came back late afternoon. The only thing that was done was the garbage bags where changed. The dishes where still standing there, the shower wasn’t cleaned, the floor not vacuumed and the linen not changed.
To be honest, this is not the cheapest hotel and also not the most expensive one; but I expected a bit more and am disappointed with the whole stay I had. For me I would never go there again.
